I can't believe there is no other option other than going to a stealer and getting a filter. There has to be a number for a Fram or a NAPA filter some where. Come on guys post up

I'm sure that there is a Napa/Wix one. Why would you want to go cheap on what is probably the most important part of the machine?

I really don't believe yamaha makes filters so I'll probably use a NAPA ps4935 or a fram ch6004.

Don't go with the Fram. They're not as good as what you think. If you choose Napa, Then go with a Napa Gold filter. It filters the oil a little better than a standard Napa filter.

I've been using Napa good filters for years on my Grizzly and a bunch of 9k zero turn mowers with no issue. I am big on changing oil regularly and enjoy the fact that I can spend a third the money and still get a quality filter.

I would stick with any of these three or the Bosch equivalent.

I haven’t seen a Bosch equivalent part number. Do you have one by chance?

I'm not sure if there is one but Bosch makes several small filters used on Honda cars. I think it's the 3323 that I use on the Raptor.

Looking up that bosh part number yields results of a spin on type. The 600 uses a cartridge style filter.

I was in a bit of a hurry when I posted that and didn't even think that they were different style filters.
