Super clean, cute lightweight travel trailer with new tires, bearings and decor. Has everything you need. May rent for use in Colorado only.

Your tow vehicle will need a 7-pin connector, a 2 inch hitch receiver (tied into the vehicle's frame), and a brake controller. We do not supply these items and will deny the rental if your tow vehicle is ill-equipped. Please contact us if you have any specific questions related to your tow vehicle's needs.

You'll receive trailer with clean tanks and 1/3 fresh water fill for traveling.
Propane provided, at no charge.

I have trailer hitches with locks for your use, no charge.

Rv toilet paper must be used and cost is automatically added to rental. Black tank treatment provided

Must return clean inside and out (car wash) and with black and gray tanks empty or $100 fee will be charged.

Refrigerator works great on propane if not connected to shore power.

Trailer may not be taken out of state without prior permission.

No smoking.

No pets.

No driving over 60mph for safety reasons.

As noted in listing, must return camper clean on the outside and inside. ABC Car wash near Indiana and 64th recommended. They have a great hand brush to remove bugs, especially from the front of the Casita.

If not returned clean, a $100 fee will be deducted. I only do this so every renter has a clean trailer to start with. Cleaning solutions and paper towels, brush and dustpan provided for the interior.

Please shut shower drain valve when you travel and open it once you are camped. It is the T-shaped handle in the main closet on left side. Down is closed, up is open. It just moves a few inches. This will keep the gray tank from coming into shower pan on bumpy roads.

Water pump off when connected to city water connection, and when traveling. The pump can be damaged if you have on while connected to a waterline. The pump can also be damaged if you are not connected to waterline and the holding tank is empty.

Casita Manual and all equipment manuals provided.

Do not try to run AC on battery power- it will only work with connected to shore power.

Spare fuses and small toolkit provided for emergencies. Camping shovel provided to bury fires in fire pit.

Tarp for under awning use and doormat provided. Tarp to cover your firewood provided.

Refrigerator and freezer work great on Propane when not connected to shore power.

50A to 30A connector adapter provided. Power surge protector provided.

Pick up time is after 9am and drop off is 4pm for a typical rental. However, these times may change on a case by case basis.

You must provide your own bedding, pillows and towels.

Pans, cooking utensils, silverware provided. Cutting boards, serving tray, soaps, paper plates, plastic cups and real coffee mugs are also provided.

Along with aluminum foil and ziploc bags. French press coffee pot can be provided.

And dear renters before accepting the booking you must select the 24/7 roadside assistance option. The tires are new and so are the bearings and seals. But should you have an issue, it's assurance for both of us to get help wherever you are.
