One of the worst apps on my phone. It's been a year and the app is the exact same with a face lift. No way to go back to the main menu from locating a provider, the provider new patient acceptance is inaccurate, the app works when it wants to. I'm not able to do virtual appointments because the app AND website don't work lol. For an insurance company to have such a terrible product is annoying and laughable. Stop pushing this to members if it won't even work! 3 people found this review helpful Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield June 7, 2022 Generally speaking, the back button on the phone should take you to the main menu. Please let us know if that doesn't work as expected. We'd also like to look into the virtual health issues for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience with that site. Please send a note to so we can investigate. Thank you.
At first it worked fine then all of a sudden it logged me out and it won't let me get past putting the info in to try and get back in and it either does nothing or when I tried to re-register just in case it just says error. And I never got my physical card so I was relying on this app but I guess I just can't use my insurance. Fix your freaking app.. please 🙃 1 person found this review helpful Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield August 22, 2022 If you have created an account, you don't need to re-register and can use the forgot password flow to reset your password instead. Contact us at if you continue to face problems and we will investigate your account.
Worse app ever. If I could write zero Stars I would. The options on the app are nothing like the pictures it shows before downloading the app. None of that stuff is available. What's newVersion 3.3.1 is a minor release with enhancements to functionality.
