Rental RegistrationVillage Council approved Ordinance 1179-21 Rental Property Registration program on February 11, 2021. The following streets in Williamsburg are including in the 2022 Resurfacing Program: South 4th, South 3rd, Walnut between 2nd & 3rd, Walnut, 3rd to West terminus. Utility and Rental AssistanceThis emergency program covers rental payments that are late and overdue as well as utility payments, including gas, electric, fuel oil, trash removal, and water and sewer. Clermont County residents can apply by emailing or by going to www.CCCSI.org . Hydrant FlushingThe Public Works Department will be flushing hydrants the week of May 30th. Flushing hydrants is an important preventive maintenance activity that verifies proper operation of the hydrant and ensures adequate water flow will be available if the need for firefighting arises. Flushing also removes sediment that naturally accumulates in water pipes. Removing these materials through flushing maintains the high quality of the water we provide to you. You may notice discolored water coming from your faucet during the hydrant flushing. If this happens, simply run your cold water tap to until water is clear. Electric & Natural Gas AggregationOn November 3, 2020, the Village of Williamsburg voters passed Electric & Natural Gas Aggregation which authorizes the Village to form a governmental Electric aggregation program for the purchase of electric on behalf of the Village residents. The Village will submit its Plan of Operation and Governance to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) pursuant to PUCO Regulation and Ohio law. The Village shall develop an opt-out aggregation program following the procedures set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 4928.20. How to pay court costs online?Payments are accepted over the phone, in drop box and online. Mayor’s Court is now able to accept some payments online. Property Code EnforcementThe Village Housing Code that defines minimum standards for the maintenance and upkeep of all structures and yard areas within the municipal corporation of the Village.
