For online purchases that are being returned in-store, simply provide your original receipt or packing slip. Online, Pickup In-Store Orders: Items picked in-store or via curbside can be returned to one of our stores.

How long will Bed Bath and Beyond hold my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. Curbside and Store Pickup orders are held for 4 days. If your order isn't picked up, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a refund back to the original form of payment.
