  I LOVE THIS MACHINE. I HAD A HOOVER THAT LEAKED ALL OVER MY FLOORS EVERYTIME & IT WAS VERY LOUD. THIS ONE WORKS GREAT. IT DOES'NT LEAK & IT DOES A GREAT JOB.

  The roller track is narrow, fresh water/detergent tank small, the recovery tank appears large but requires frequent emptying. Tight and short carpet weave recovers fluid - okay, not great. Bissell trial bottle is not large enough to clean any significant size carpet to evaluate. Several spots on a light carpet actually became darker than be removed. Disappointed - should of rented a store carpet cleaner or have tried Hoover.

  Satisfied with purchase. Does a good job. More of a spot or small area cleaner unit than a full size carpet cleaner. But I knew that going in. No complaints.

  I was skeptical at first because it seemed so flimsy but I was amazed at the amount of dirt that came up from carpet. It is so much easier to use than my old, heavy machine but does a great job. Very pleased with this machine.

  I have a pet who has a nervous condition and she frequent toilets in the house, it becomes cumbersome when we have to constantly get on our hands and knees. I was looking for a cheap carpet shampoo machine and this fit into that box. I pre treated my carpet as it suggested and got started. My carpet looks like new!

  Old stains, new stains, all gone. Its not a huge machine and being lightweight it will be easy to pull out in a jiffy. Heavy traffic area & 2 dogs its perfect for my smaller house. After running it through with cleanser I ran it again with just hot water since I dont care for strong artificial scents. And I love that it runs on simple electricity not battery. That need constant charging.

  This small carpet cleaner did an amazing job on some problem areas. It was easy to assemble and use. I wouldn't want to use it for an entire room but it was excellent for small areas. A plus from me!

  This is a great carpet cleaner,Easy to handle, carpets come out clean and smell great as well, the only thing is the carpet staircase was to narrow for the cleaner, so I have to find a smaller cleaner or attachment,Also, the on/off button was hard to reach.

  Very light and easy to lift and use. Small water tank and dirty tank, but if they were bigger it would be heavier. LOL Easy to clean brush area. For what I paid, it is less than what it would cost me to hire a professional. My carpet looks great. Lots of dogs with lots of hair. Highly recommend this. I usually buy a new one every few years. As I said, much cheaper than hiring a professional. And dries carpet very fast. Thanks HSN!
