Salt is very effective at melting ice off of the roads to help to keep us safe. It even tastes good on our food however, it is poison for our vehicles.

When allowed to stay on the car’s surfaces for too long, especially the front bumper and grill, bird droppings and bug residue can become baked onto the paint, becoming very difficult to remove.
