"Nightmare experience had no help with stolen items." Overall Score1.0/ 5 On departing my one night stay I realized I had left $700 in cash and my Rolex watch behind in a drawer. I spoke to person at front desk that told me I could get back in the room because another guest moved into the room They would let me in with security to check the drawer. Someone ( house keeping, front desk people) stole my things and wouldn't even call me back as the front desk said they would. "Bad experience with The Young Man At Front Desk." Overall Score2.0/ 5 Made reservation through a third party and told them I had two dogs. I was told that was fine and would be 20.00 for each.l said that's okay and was given a total price and paid ahead of time.I checked in and was told I need to pay for parking and paid it.They gave me a room and we settled in and the dogs started barking because of all of the noise outside.l got a call from the front desk telling me I need to come down and pay for the dogs because I didn't tell them I had dogs when I checked in.I told them they need to have better communication with the people who make the reservations for them.l felt there were were a lot of cost added on in the end because of there mis dealings and they didn't have any intentions of making it right. "Good Stay" Overall Score4.0/ 5 The overall stay was good. We breezed in during the middle of the night to sleep. The only real issues weren't necessarily the hotels fault. We called to reserve a hotel room at the Hilton, but they had no double beds, so the representative searched till they found this one. The extra fees that were not included during reserving the room were annoying (parking fee and additional pet fees). Then the other guests and loud cars on the road made sleeping rough. Bridget R. Bathroom was small. The complimentary breakfast was great! My only complaint was that we could hear every truck, ambulance and police car go by.
