Does Salvation Army offer furniture pickup?
In operation for more than 150 years, the Salvation Army has locations across the U.S. Best of all, the Salvation Army will send someone to your home to pick up your donated items. The Salvation Army will take a variety of items as donations, as long as they are in good shape, including:

Scheduling a pickup with the Salvation Army is easy. Simply visit the Salvation Army website page for donations and enter in your zip code.
From there, you list the items you want to donate and schedule a pickup date. On the day of the donation pickup, you don’t even have to be at home. You can place the items outside and mark them with "SA."

Keep in mind that the Salvation Army will not accept just any donated item; everything has to be in good condition. The Salvation Army will not accept any items that it knows it can’t sell. Here's a list of restricted items:
Baby items, including toys, car seats, and high chairs
TVs, including tube, console, and projection TVs
Old entertainment centers and TV armoires
Various desks, such as metal, school, and office desks
Appliances that are older than 10 years
Built-in appliances, including ovens and dishwashers
Mattresses and box springs (with tears, holes, structural damage, or stains)
Furniture that has rips, broken pieces, stains, odors, and pet hair on them
