We booked a king room at this hotel, upon checking in we were told that there were no king beds available. We would be given a queen and to compensate for change our parking fee would be waved. We parked the car and began to head to the room, which was on the 2nd floor and we had multiple bags with us. However, there was no elevator and the front desk failed to mention any of this when checking in. We had to wheel all our luggage back to the lobby to ask for a room change. They begrudgingly gave us a room on the first floor. Also, the parking fee for all cars was waived. So they lied when they were waiving it for us for the inconvenience since no one was being charged. After getting the new room on the first floor, it was a room with two double beds. I called the front desk. They offered me breakfast (which was already included in my reservation!) I pointed that out to the manager who said, oh well there really isn’t anything I can do for you. I will never stay there again. The staff are not rude but they are definitely not helpful. Also, offering perks that are already included in the stay and passing them off as gifts or upgrades is just a very deceptive practice. Horrible!

I thought the hotel was inside and it was outside and it was old and outdated. The parking was terrible. Could not find a parking space. It was so noisy. I will never stay here again. I am shocked this was a Hilton hotel.

Not the best unless you stay in the tower. Feels like a renovated motel. Parking is horrible!! I had to park 4 buildings away from mine and had to walk. When I asked for a ride from a gentleman in a golf cart, he said he couldn’t help me and my family. Checkout is at 11 but house keeping was knocking on my door along with all the surrounding rooms very loud at 9:55 A.M when we still had over an hour. This was done just to let us know checkout was at 11. Pointless act and only made this experience subpar.

Thought this would be a good property since it was partnered with SeaWorld. We got here and I originally booked a room in the Tower but ended up in a villa, the room was nasty and bug infested. Went to the front desk and they moved us just across the hall. Again, bugs in the bed. We only stayed cause we couldn’t pack up and leave at 1 in the morning. Next morning I went to the front desk and showed them pictures of the bugs, they didn’t try to make anything right. Just asked if I wanted a receipt. We moved to the Hilton down the street, much better.

Very close to SeaWorld with a free shuttle. Included continental breakfast is good and the staff is excellent. The rooms could use new carpeting.
