Society We are all in this together! The veterinary industry nationwide has experienced a much higher demand for healthcare needs for pets, and this has created much longer than normal wait times at many veterinarians across the valley, including us. We appreciate your patience with our veterinary healthcare team while we try to help as many pets as possible to get the high level of care they need. TSVC remains committed to delivering outstanding customer service and our high standard of patient care to our patients and their loyal families, and we thank you for your kindness in the process. We understand you are worried for your pet, and we assure you we are too and don’t want either of you waiting any longer than we can possibly avoid. Our staff are working as hard and fast as they can to help you and your pet in a timely manner, and they are also working very long hours to do so. We have recently hired more veterinarians and staff to assist with the higher demand for veterinary care as fast as we humanly can; however, our staff are still needing some patience and understanding from you while they are completing training, or while they are taking a moment to clean and sanitize for safety between clients and patients. Clients who choose to treat our hardworking staff in any disrespectful manner will be directed to find another veterinary care provider. Please understand during this evolving health situation, the safety and well-being of our team members, clients, and all of our families is our main priority. We greatly care about our communities and want to do our part to keep you and your pets healthy, keep our employees healthy, and to help minimize the spread of the virus. With the vaccines becoming available to the general public in March of 2021, we hope that our staff and clients have had the opportunity to become vaccinated in order to protect themselves. As of June 1st, 2021 Face Masks are no longer required to enter our TSVC facility. We have lifted all restrictions moving forward in hopes to return to a normal, pre-covid, style of service. If you are concerned for your health, we are still offering curbside services in the event you would feel safer waiting in your car. We will still be adhering to the following standards and services that are available below:
