What was supposed to be a trio, quickly became a family of 7! Lynn, Patrick, and Ross Eden sent me home with some of the most beautiful rabbits I have ever seen. I have received the best start I could imagine, and it is only up from here! Although they are each great, the Edens have challenged me to breed out breed them and push myself to create my own competitive rabbits that will give their herd a run for their money! What makes a Frenchie a Frenchie?Bone. Mass. And more bone! French Lops are to be big, powerful, muscular, and heavily boned rabbits. There is no maximum weight on the senior classes for a reason! They are meant to be LARGE rabbits! They are gentle and sweet, but large and hungry. My 6 Frenchies easily eat as much as the rest of my little rabbits combined! But hey, it takes a lot of food to keep so much conditioning on a very large rabbit.
