In the elementary schools, students are chosen to enter the Argonauts Program based on a combination of assessment scores (state, NWEA, Lexile), the inView exam and teacher recommendation. The Argonauts Program is for fourth and fifth graders and is based on the Jason Project (http://www.jason.org/). The program is run in all three schools by Mrs. Marcis (http://www.bethpage.ws/cb/lmarcis/) who also works with all fourth and fifth grade classes and runs the 21st Century Scholar Program. Web Sites
