Breakfast was good and full. The suite we stayed in was large but nothing spectacular, definitely not worth the $400/night price tag. We found a cockroach in our room, the closet door was
broken along with the sink in the restroom being loose. The outside of the hotel is not maintained the landscape is dried out and doesn’t feel clean. One of the doors in the lobby has a hole in the glass and it’s boarded up with plywood. Just not something you expect at a hotel of this caliber. One elevator was down. Dehumidifiers in the hallways discharging into unsightly garbage cans. Poorly maintained room- none of the closet doors in my room would close because either the tracks were broken or low-quality maintenance work left screws sticking into the track, blocking the door from sliding shut. Toilet was leaking water onto the floor. Kitchen floor showed obvious signs of
flooding and no replacement. Sheets did not fit the mattress. Color temperatures of lightbulbs did not match, an obvious sign of low quality maintenance and a risk factor for eye strain. Fitness center was missing LOTS of equipment and was barely usable as a result. Overall, a huge disappointment and an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. no one cares to come fix it or check back in with me or nothing. That happened for 3 nights in a row. The elevator is small and one of them were out of order so it was an extended wait. where near what I paid for and was told that was all they had. Clearly shows a king bed and balcony with patio furniture. What I got was a queen and a balcony you could barely walk on. Half the the plugs in the room didn't work. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on so when you showed it flooded the bathroom.
