When should I change the oil in my 2022 Honda Civic?

1.PRESS Engine Start/Stop power button “ON” .

2.Power “ON” engine “OFF”.

3.PRESS “HOME” button on steering wheel.

4.Roll “SELECTOR WHEEL” on left side of steering wheel untill “SPANNER” sign MAINTENANCE appear in instrument cluster screen.

5.Now PRESS LEFT “SELECTOR WHEEL” oil life will appear in instrument cluster screen.

6.PRESS and HOLD “LEFT SELECTOR WHEEL” for “TEN” seconds to enter reset mode.

7.Now roll the LEFT “SELECTOR WHEEL” to select “MAINTENANCE ITEM” or select “ALL DUE ITEMS”.

8.PRESS and HOLD “LEFT SELECTOR WHEEL” to reset the selected items.

Secondary Method For Vehicle Equiped With Infotainment System Screen

1.Push Power button “ON”.

2.PRESS “HOME” button on infotainment system screen.

3.Scroll to RIGHT and PRESS “VEHICLE SETTINGS”.

4.Again scroll to RIGHT and PRESS “MAINTENANCE INFO”.

5.PRESS on “SELECT RESET ITEM”.

6.Now select “ALL DUE ITEMS” .

7.Would you like to reset Maintenance Information ? appear in infotainment system screen.

8.PRESS the “RESET” button.

9.Maintenance information has reset appear in infotainment system screen.

10.PRESS “HOME” button to exit.

2022 Honda Civic Engine Oil Capacity And Oil Type

1.5L Engine – Approximately 3.5 liters (3.7 quarts) of 0W-20 grade type oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

2.0L Engine – Approximately 4.2 liters (4.4 quarts) of 0W-20 grade type oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.
