I had a friends 1500 Ram Eco Diesel on my hoist with the cab off of the frame so we could swap in a bigger turbo. He had mentioned that he had the coolant leaks that he just couldn’t stop. So i got to brain storming and came up with a solution.  It snow balled from there and I ended up producing an entire EGR cooler delete kit. For the 2014-2018 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. I wasn’t very pleased with the current market offerings so I made my own. I hope to continue to offer more products, for more vehicles than just the Eco Diesel Ram 1500 in the near future. We are offering a bench-flash delete-tune for the 2014-2019 RAM 1500 & Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel trucks to disable EGR/DPF-related codes for off-road and race use. The process required you to remove your PCM/ECU (or have it professionally removed) and ship it to us. After we receive your PCM it will take 3-5 business days for us to receive it, inspect it, flash it, and ship it back. We will ship it back with express shipping and delivery time should be 2-3 business days. We recommend you ship the PCM express to have as little downtime for your truck as possible. We have two options for the tune we flash, we can flash it with a stock tune with emissions deleted, or we can also add 50HP with our stage 1 tune. The 50HP level is enough to feel without putting too much stress on the engine. Stage 2 is for those looking for even more power and will add 90HP. You can expect up to a 10% MPG increase in fuel economy with the stock power level and up to 7% with the 50HP tune. You will require a DPF/DEF Race/Delete Pipe Before removing your ECM take note of any maintenance or engine lights on the dash. You should have no errors before removing the ECM. If you have a DEF/DPF countdown issues prior to tuning, those should be cleared. Since those are transmitted by the SCR module it will stay in the cluster and an ECU tune

That's significantly longer than many gas-powered engines built to last at least 100,000 miles and up to 200,000 with proper care. That means you'll get as much as 50% more time behind the wheel.
Is the Jeep 3.0 EcoDiesel reliable?Overall, 2016 and onwards EcoDiesel's are quite reliable and strong. With proper maintenance there is no doubt that these engines can last 300,000 miles and onwards. Just be cautious of towing heavy loads as this seems to be the most frequent cause of common problems with these engines.
