This Mediterranean style lake house was designed by Cornerstone Architects, located on Lake Austin, a water reservoir on the Colorado River in Austin, Texas. This luxurious home was designed to maximize views from the interiors to capitalize on the breathtaking lake views. Comprised of a total of 9,051 square feet of living space, the interiors feature authentic Mediterranean details, such as arched doorways, wooden ceiling beams and gorgeous terra cotta tile. Mediterranean style furnishings decorate the entire home, creating a warm, livable family home.
The exterior facade of this two-story property is comprised of stucco with a Spanish tile roof. Outside you will find plenty of cozy sitting areas, enclosed patios and an expansive swimming pool with a water feature and a spa.

What We Love: From the grand iron gated entryway to the home to the wonderful outdoor living spaces, this Mediterranean style home is a stunner. It’s lakeside views are captivating and lush landscaping gives it a tropical aesthetic.
