Long neck o-ring leaking
I put the strap wrench on lower faucet mount and tried to unscrew... It wouldn't move... Put penetrant on it and tried again... No luck... Put more penetrant on it and let it sit overnight... Tried about 3 times and it finally cracked loose... From there it took 5 minutes to complete... What I overlooked was that due to the leak, a lime buildup had sealed the mounting screw in place... Use lots of penetrant, a big strap wrench carefully and lots of patience...

Faucet is Moen long spout kitchen fixture, it was leaking around the spout
I thought disassembly would simply be unscrewing the base, cleaning up the base and spout, install a new diverter, and spout o-ring kit, then reassemble. Ha... Ha! I spent over 5.5 hours completely removing the faucet, cleaning up the corroded pieces, having to horse really stuck parts and doing the finally cleaning. I took my time on the assembly to lubricate o-rings and threads on the metal parts. The assembly went well, but I found a part I will need to order and replace, it is plastic that screws onto a brass component and the threads are not in great shape. I am glad I did not have to pay a plumber to do the work, it would have cost more than a new faucet.
