Using the Online Payment Center
What payment types are accepted in the Online Payment Center? Payments can be made using a debit card or by using a financial institution routing number and account number. Credit card payments are not accepted. Is there a fee to make a payment through the Online Payment Center? There is no fee to make a payment if you sign up as a Registered user. A convenience fee of $6.99 is charged for Guest or non-registered users and $9.99 for members making payments over the phone with a live representative. How do I change or update my payment method? As a Registered User you can add, update and manager your payment methods with your Wallet. Your Wallet is accessible from the top of the page within the Online Payment Center. Can I make payments that are more than the amount due? You can make additional payments on your auto or personal loan, however advance payments are not accepted for home loans in the online payment center. Can I make a payment toward principal-only or escrow-only payment? Payments toward principal only or escrow-only payments are not accepted through the Online Payment Center. After your payment is successfully processed, an email or text confirmation will be forwarded based on the confirmation method selected. As a Registered User, you can manage your password and contact information under My Profile in the upper right corner. What do I do if I forgot my password? If you are a Registered User with a valid registered email address, click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to receive a temporary password. Once you enter your temporary password you will be prompted to select a new one. Can I schedule a recurring payment that is different from my due date? Yes, you can schedule your recurring payment for any date. Can a Guest user make recurring payments? No, as a Guest user you are unable to set up recurring payments. Guest users can only submit a same day payment or schedule a one-time future payment and will be charged a $6.99 convenience fee. What is the maximum number of days that I can schedule a one-time payment? You can schedule your payment to be made up to 90 days in advance. Questions?
