You just dab a small amount of gel on the inside of the toilet and it cleans and refreshes the toilet with every flush!! I just use the included dispenser to stamp the gel disc under the rim of the bowl and that's it! And I love how powerful the gel is and with the addition of the hydrogen peroxide it keeps the toilets in my home looking like they were just freshly scrubbed.
