Dining out is possible again with the start of Phase Two of Singapore’s reopening after the Circuit Breaker. However, the Ministry of Health’s Advisories require F&B outlets to implement Safe Management Measures and advise diners to take appropriate precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. If you are going to eat in a restaurant or cafe, one way to mitigate risk is to ask for outdoor seating as experts say that natural ventilation of the outdoors makes it safer than enclosed spaces. Here are a few suggestions for outdoor dining – from fine dining restaurants to affordable neighbourhood cafes, in the city centre as well as in idyllic locations.
