Our mission will reduce unwanted pet overpopulation and promote animal health and safety in the community. Taking the lead in public education to induce responsible pet owners will help reduce the unwanted pet population. Upcoming Clinic DatesAugust 30 All clinics for the remainder of 2022 will be filled from our current wait list, except for male cats. Please complete the form below to get in line for 2023 clinics and cancellations that might occur. We continue searching for other clinics, and you will be contacted if we find additional spots. If your pet needs surgery sooner than 2023, we suggest you contact a local veterinarian. If you have already applied, please do not complete an additional application. Page load linkAbout SpayUSAOur mission is to end the suffering of innocent dogs and cats by reducing the number of unwanted births. Anyone who needs assistance finding affordable spay/neuter services can benefit by using the SpayUSA referral service. Spay/neuter services should be within reach, geographically and financially, for everyone who has a cat or dog. SpayUSA provides referrals to over 1,900 low cost sterilization programs and clinics nationwide as of 2019. Our goal is to make spay/neuter services affordable to those who might not otherwise spay/neuter their pets. By working together, we hope to popularize and facilitate spay/neuter services throughout the country and end pet overpopulation. Help us end pet overpopulation! The projects below have been funded to provide free spay and neuter services to low income pet owners in Maryland. The surgeries may also include a free rabies vaccine. All projects have limited funding. Projects may cover specific areas or zip codes within the listed counties. Check to see if there is an active project in your area, and
contact the organization listed for more information and to verify if you qualify. If there is no active project covering your area, we encourage you to contact your local animal shelter or other non-profit animal welfare organizations who may know of low cost surgery options or other programs in your area that you may qualify for; and urge them to submit a grant application during our next call for proposals!
