It is possible that there was a change in temperature in the garage overnight and the pump was overfilled with a lot of oil, so when the pressure changes inside the chamber the extra oil was forced through the little hole, used for air pressure breathing or if the pump begins to overheat. Why Does The Oil Leak?

The common reason is the rear and front crankshaft oil seals, as the time of running is very long and should be replaced. If after the maintenance, the tightening of the filter element is not done, it may leak oil, including diesel filter and machine filter.

Oil leakage may also be a poor seal of the Oil seal. The seals of the pressure washer are bound by the laws of Physics. They contract and expand based on how cold or hot the weather is. Weather with high humidity causes a pressure washer to begin leaking, especially when the water and oil are kept separate from each other.

This depends on the type of pressure washer pump. Also, replace the water seal kit. Some of the oil seals are made of rubber which makes them easy to remove and to re-install.
•     Change the worn out or broken seals – The broken or worn out  seals are the common problems along with washer pumps. Pressure washer has different seals all over . Any one of the seal may break or get worn out at any time. This automatically causes a leak. It is not only that the oil leaks but it may also include water.
