Make sure to take the front piece off and not smash the phone into the front piece while it's clicked over it if that makes any sense. Took me and my husband ...too long to figure out what was being done wrong. I will see once it falls on mistake if it's a good case, now. But so far so good. Lavender pastel like color I guess which I could tell it was from looking at the pics I just hope it don't get dirty allot.

I've has this case for about a year and I do love it. There's no screen on the cover so idk why it asks me for a finger print scanner but I am the worst at dropping my phone. I don't have any other protection other than the case and I have yet to have a screen crack.

I love this case! It does really look more purple than blue and it's beautiful. I feel my phone adequately secure and safe from falls and cracking. Had that happen once already with a less than phone case. I would definitely recommend this case to others to get this case.

It's lightweight and perfect to fit in a motorcycle holster without any kind of fighting. Dropped twice and no problems.

I bought this case thinking I was going to get the color that was pictured. I didn't. It's not even close. It's still a decent color, but I wanted the color pictured. Companies need to STOP using stock photos and post ACTUAL photos of their products if they want happy customers. Also the glass that came with it didn't even stick to the phone and the circle on it for the fingerprint scanner is just annoying. It's so visible and sticks out like a sore thumb. So points off for that too. The case itself is good quality though and that's the only reason I'm keeping it.

The case and everything works as described and fits the phone, no problem.
What I didn't know was that it wouldn't work with wireless charger. I have to remove from case to charge on wireless dock.

The case is well made, with a nice fit. Button operation is better than competitive cases and the edges wrap around enough to provide some protection against a face down drop.

The metal kick stand prevents wireless charging, but this was expected, so no loss there.

The screen protectors have a thick adhesive dot over the fingerprint reader on the screen. This dot prevents the reader from functioning. I left it for several days hoping that it would adhere and resume functioning, but no luck. The edges are also not a good fit for the phone, leaving a raised section at the sides. As long as the cover is installed, these aren't obtrusive, but they are there.

I use the case when I'll be out and doing more active things. Removed the screen protector completely. Hence 3 stars.

The case itself fits well, buttons work great through it and feels/looks good, but the screen protector that comes with it is glass and too thick which was sort of my deciding factor to purchase this case over another I was looking at. The phone is unable to recognize any finger prints with it on (doesn't recognize finger as being over the spot to try to register a new one with the protector on) so I had to remove it shortly after putting it on and throw it away.

After a few weeks, I am still satisfied. It fits my 21 Ultra perfectly. Quality product, sharp looks, and nice stand that clicks into place. As advertised; you can use the stand both Vertically and Horizontally. I was bothered by the circle for the fingerprint at first but you get used to it, not the products fault Samsung thought the fingerprint reader should be located there. I've owned the G7thinQ and they place a sensor on the very bottom, like a camera.
