23.Bayshore Boulevard

Boasting approximately 4.5 miles of scenic views that parallel Tampa Bay, Bayshore Boulevard is known to be one of the country’s longest continuous sidewalks. Several of the most prestigious houses in Tampa can be seen along the walk in Old Hyde Park, a number of which are noted on the National Register. Starting at Platt Street at the Columbus State Park to the north, the 10-foot-wide Bayshore Boulevard ends to the south at Gandy Boulevard. There is also an on-road bike lane about three miles in length along the Bayshore Boulevard’s northbound lane between Gandy Boulevard and Rome Avenue.

25.Hillsborough River State Park

Hillsborough River State Park was established in 1938 and is one of Florida's first state parks. The park boasts over seven miles of hiking trails, several tranquil picnic areas and a fresh water swimming pool is open during the summer months for cooling off.
