Dr. Collado & Dr. Rivera provide monthly guidance for exercise & nutrition while also overseeing your use of an FDA approved appetite suppressant. While the medication does not make you lose weight, our goal is to help you stay consistent while you strive towards proper nutrition & increased cardio.​It's $55 to start & just $45 each follow-up, & we do not utilize insurance.Dr. Collado & Dr. Rivera prescribe a 30-day prescription Phentermine (Bontril also available) that is sent electronically to a pharmacy near you where it's often about $15.

 Important Telemedicine Considerations:
A state or federal ID must be presented each appointment.
Your weight loss associate will ask for your weight, meaning you will need to have access to a scale.
We're currently unable to utilize pharmacies at Walmart, SamsClub, or CVS.
We will be taking debit or credit payments over the phone using Square.
We are able to assist those throughout Oklahoma.

I went for the weight-loss clinic and the unethical receptionist told me there was a $75 for the visit, which covered the visit with Bajaj, 28 phentermine pills and a b-12 shot, but it would be reimbursed if the insurance company covered the visit. I got an EOB later for a payout to Bajaj for $212. So I asked the unethical receptionist about the refund and she says "oh, we don't do a refund, but you can use it as a credit at another time." Look, your policy is your policy but it's not fair to charge me for the visit AND file a claim against my medical insurance as a visit when I was ONLY there for the weight loss pills. Bajaj and his office are running a scam. I actually feel that it's insurance fraud and people should be made aware of these liars."
