What day is bath and body works candle day 2022

With Life Inside the Page’s sneak peek of the September 3-wick $12.95 “lowest price of the season,” what do we speculate the price for Candle Day 2022 to be? It was $10.25 last year. I’m wondering if we’ll be in the $11 range this year. I’d hate for Candle Day to be in the $12 range, but it seems that maybe they’re testing out this price point for something. 😬

I wish they would freeze it in the $10 range because the sales throughout the year can be MUCH better than Candle Day and that kind of takes away the thrill.

level 2

It really does with the 11.95 sale they did and that suprise 30% off prices where better then candle day. It’s making candle day feel not as special especially since you can’t use coupons online

I saw that too and I think the 'lowest price of the season' is there just to entice customers because it's a try it to believe it sale. If I had to guess, I'd say Candle Day will be somewhere between $10.25 - $11.00 this year. Since we had such a big leap in recent years, I'm not sure if they will do that again.

There’s a small print saying the season is August 1 - October 16. Which pretty much confirms that the next “season” aka holiday candles will begin on October 17.

The $12.95 is probably the lowest price point for fall candles, but candle day will probably remain around the $10 - $10.50 range.

Back when candles were $22.50 and there were coupons included in emails. Those were the days.

Candles have secret powers that magically transform our lives. They are used in meditation, spiritual matters, cultural celebrations, or even during that romantic dinner. Candle Day was created to give candle lovers a chance to enjoy the benefits that candles bring.

What is the history of Candle Day?

Candles have existed since the early days. The Chinese would insert incense sticks into wax for a relaxing aroma. In the late 20th century, candles' popularity skyrocketed as most homes adopted them for decorative purposes. Scented candles were used as a means to create a relaxing environment at home. Candle Day was established in 2013 by the infamous Bath and Body Works as a way to offer deals and discounts for candles lovers.

When is Candle Day?

Candle Day is marked on the first Saturday in December. The first Candle Day was marked in 2013, and huge discounts were offered to shoppers.

History of Candle Day

Typically celebrated on the first Saturday of December, Candle Day was founded by the American retail company, Bath & Body Works. Originally owned by the Limited Brands, which also owns brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Abercrombie & Fitch, the first store in the Bath & Body Works chain was opened in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1990.

Selling products for the body, as the name implies, the company grew rapidly and now runs more than 2000 stores all over the world, 1600 of which are in the United States.

Bath & Body Works is a brand that is particularly beloved for its amazing scents that have a wide range of popularity, from fruity scents to flowers and also offering a line for men. Some of the most popular scents have been Sweet Pea, Japanese Cherry Blossom, Cucumber Melon and Country Apple.

Within these popular scent lines, as well as many others, are many products such as body lotions, fragrances, room sprays and, of course, candles. And for many people, Candle Day is one of the best times of the year to celebrate at Bath & Body Works because that’s when they hold some of their best sales.

Because the season for Christmas and other winter holidays often includes gift-giving, and because candles make incredible gifts, Candle Day was started in 2013. Plus, it’s a great time to simply stock up on candles for the cold, winter months.

So get ready for the fun and celebration of Candle Day!
