They installed my windows 5 years ago, I called them to replace the window that was broken. they replaced the window with no cost, they stick on the lifetime warranty on the windows. They are prompt, courteous, reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Job is in the 4th week and they have to get a new crew in, I was misled by Tiffany the whole way from start times to when material would be delivered. Imagine my surprise when the material was delivered on a rainy Monday that I just happened to have off of work when the driver told us it was just a drop delivery and if I wanted it my wife and I who are in our 60's had to move everything into our back yard. We did it with no help from Window World or any of their crew. When the job started 4 days later it was a 2 man crew to do a 2 and a half decker house which now is in the 4th week and is only half way done. Save yourself the aggravation I have been dealing with and find another company.

Vinyl Siding

Overall just ok. Installers were very thorough and professional. There was a case of a broken window which needed to be reordered and broken window lock which needed to be reordered also. Now that we are in the winter I feel they could have done a better job of insulating around the window but that seems to be the nature of replacement windows. My main gripe is that the sales person indicated that the windows are eligible for an energy credit on 2017 taxes. Much to my surprise while preparing my taxes I found this credit was discontinued in 2016 and no longer available. Not sure if this was misleading on their part or ignorance of tax laws. My bad for not looking further into it, as I thought the credit would help off set the price of the windows.

Replacement window purchase and installation

Old ones were removed on top floor first, then as two workers installed new windows upper level while two other workers removed old windows from lower level of home. It took half a day to do the entire job. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up the mess and hauled off all the debris and old windows. This was a great, professional, cauteous neat job.

We replaced almost all of the windows in our house. We think they are great. Great quality, great workmanship. Great company.

Their sales rep came to our house and went over all the options. We selected what we liked, and a few weeks later a technician came and measured the window, and a few weeks after that the installers came and finished the project in about one to two hours. All of the Window World people we spoke or interacted with were friendly, knew their stuff, and were efficient. We would use them again to replace one or more windows.

We needed to have one window (bathroom) replaced. Every window installer I called would sell and install only four or more windows. When I called Window World, they were happy to do just one window.

A representative came to our home to evaluate windows in our kitchen /took measurements and explained options that would give us the best solutions. The price for removal /installation/time was given to us.After comparing other quotes/services we selected Window World.Everything went very well and we had them replace windows in our family room also.They were the only company that provided oversized windows that were not "special order"

I needed three old windows in my detached garage replaced. They were on time for both the initial visit and for the installation. The installation went smoothly and the cleaned everything up plus disposed of the old windows. I would use them again should I need to replace any windows in my home.

A home visit was arranged and each area was evaluated .Suggestions were made as too what would be best for the windows to be replaced .All employees and the owners treated the project as if it were their own home.They were never too busy to address any concerns or answer questions . We were kept up to date in regard to shipping of product/who would be supervising and installing windows and the owner John made visits during installation and followup call by Karen and Tiffany to check if we were satisfied or had any questions.All team members were very professional and well versed in their product knowledge.

We used Window World to install new windows throughout our house. The initial attempt to replace our windows did not go well. The workers were not properly trained to replace our largest windows and had to abort the process with one window partially taken out. A few days later a better crew came and replaced all the windows quickly and very professionally in one day. |The windows are of high quality and perform as promised. Our house is warmer in the winter with no drafts.

Quality Material and Work

Their salesman, Russ, came to the house, explained the entire process, described the product and measured all the windows. Then Tiffany Schumer wrote up the order. Both of them were beyond accommodating. The price was the best of the three we spoke with. The windows came in earlier than expected and were installed just when they were promised. Their installers worked through some pretty unpleasant weather and were unfailingly polite.

It went very well. Windows took a little longer to arrive than expected. Installer showed up as scheduled. No problems with installation. I had a problem operating the tilt-in feature, but John and the installer were prompt and helpful in talking me through the proper technique.

Prior to signing a contract I asked if Window World sub contracted the installation. I was told by Tiffany and Eaton that they have their own crews that do the work. It was important to us that the laborers were employees of Window World assuring we wouldn't have any issues. Imagine our surprise when a truck full of windows show up in a truck labeled "Landry and sons". Imagine our surprise when we specifically asked this question?! Imagine that the crew tells you they can't touch the job because the salesman told them the job was an easy in and out job done from the outside. Now imagine an hour of a crew b******* about the salesman who closed the sale so they actually had a job to go do. Imagine the sound of your mouldings being cracked as they are ripped off the wall. Imagine the excitement of getting new windows now imagine that excitement being ripped apart. We didn't have to imagine it. We experienced it ourselves. Job done windows look good however ever draftier than old windows. When Tiffany called to follow up she really didn't want to hear the truth of how we felt in fact made us feel like we are the only customers who were never happy. She also had no true sympathy since she was one of the people who mislead us when asked if they sub contracted the jobs. "We use the same two companies" so to her it was okay to tell us that Window World don't subcontract. Then wanted to send someone else out to look at the job. Here's a suggestion get rid of liars like Tiffany and Eaton who misrepresented your company from the get go. Having Garage Door replaced but not by this company.

The company called and set up a time of arrival, the window team was punctual arriving 15 min ahead of time and had the job complete in the time specified. The windows were completed in less than 4 hours. The team was extremely professional, polite and nice. The team leader, after the installation was complete, explained how the windows operated and answered all my questions
