Why doesnt my roblox gift card not working

Hi everyone. I am very new to this forum. I am the parent of two 9-year-olds that love Roblox
For X-mas, I bought them a Roblox Gift card, each. Each card had $100.00 and I bought them from Walgreens. My oldest redeemed his card without a problem, however, my youngest could not. It kept on saying "wrong code" or "there was an error, try later" I did it several times, myself, to no avail.
We took the faulty card back to Walgreens and was told by the manager that there is a NO REFUND policy for cards. BTW, he also tried the redeem code.
I was told to call Roblox, which can't be done. The call refers you to this forum. I have requested help from an email that I sent to Roblox, but as of now, their only reply is to acknowledge that they have received the email.
I do not know what to do.
Any suggestions would help. Hopefully, someone at the company is in this forum

Unfortunately this is a community ran forum, I highly doubt any Roblox employee's have an account here. If you've already emailed Roblox support then you've already done the best thing you can do in this situation. I hope you get a speedy reply and everything is sorted out for you. I'm sorry you and your child had to go through this, have a great rest of your holidays.

It's not best to buy another. It's possible one of the cards were not activated by the cashier, yes. I'm not sure how it would work though if you can bring them back and have them activated. The best thing to do is contact Roblox about the issue. 100 dollars is nothing to sneeze at, and I would be expecting every bit of what I paid for at that price.

Yes, you could do all those things but to do those things you need a receipt, and they might not have the receipt.
