The Knickerbocker 5 starsHotel in Manhattan, New York Located on Times Square, The Knickerbocker features a rooftop terrace with over 370 square metres of indoor and outdoor space. WiFi access is available and free of charge for guests. We had such an amazing time and the staff were so good the front desk team and the guys on the door honestly couldn’t have been more amazing. Chester on the bell team went above and beyond for us he’s an absolute credit to the team and Paola, Cynthia and Brandon on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. The general manager also super kind he brought us up to the rooftop to take a couple of pictures for our wedding day absolute gentleman. The location and the facilities of the hotel are top tier the rooms are larger than your average NYC hotel and so clean and comfortable but with so many hotels in NYC it really is the staff that really make a hotel and make your experience. We honestly couldn’t have had a better 6 nights in NYC and that is down to the super helpful and kind staff in the Knickerbocker. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.
