FOLLOWUP EDIT: Bissell has a really amazing reputation, so I was really disappointed when it quit after 1 use. I did get an email from Bissell offering to replace my machine as soon as I send this one back. Be careful if you are considering a Bissell for your carpet cleaning needs! You may be left with a machine that doesn't work. A Couple weeks ago, I bought a new bissell carpet cleaner, one of the pros- made to stand up to pets (so I thought) Used it one time, loved it. Finished shampooing and cleaned it like I was supposed, set it aside. Went to use is this past weekend, it won't spray. To make a long story short, trying phone didn't work, online chat didn't work, so resorted to email. To shorten a really really long story, I troubleshot the machine 4 times to no avail. Asked a question about a switch I couldn't locate, I believe 3 times. They finally sent me an email, thanks for contacting us, hope this helped. They are blowing me off! before you ask, I was so happy with my purchase, I threw away the box, so I can't return it to the store, and it looks like Bissell doesn't want to help me if I can't fix it with trouble shooting. I am so disappointed and out over $100
