Once you use your card for purchases, you’ll want to be sure to pay your bill on time each month to avoid late fees and keep your account in good standing. Here are your options.

Make a Payment Online

Before making a payment online, you’ll need to register for online account access. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Walmart credit card login page.
2. Select “Set Up My Account.”
3. Provide your last name, Social Security number or bank account number and birthdate.
4. Select “Find Me.”
5. Follow the remaining prompts to choose a username and password.

Get Credit Card Perks

Once your account is set up, you can make an online payment. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Walmart credit card login page.
2. Sign in with the username and password you chose during registration.
3. Select the “Make a Payment” tab.
4. Select the amount you want to pay, the date you want to make the payment and where the funds will come from to complete the transaction.

Make a Payment by Phone

You can also make your Walmart credit card payment over the phone by calling the Capital One customer service number at 877-294-7880 but keep in mind that a fee may apply. Be sure to have the following information ready when you call:

• The last four digits of your Walmart credit card account number
• Your bank account number and bank routing number

Make a Payment in Person

Sometimes it’s just as easy to pay your credit card bill at the store if you already have a trip to Walmart planned. Once there, you can visit Walmart Credit Services and make your payment. Or, if you prefer, you can make a payment at the self-serve kiosk. Use the Walmart store locator to find the location nearest you.

Make a Payment by Mail

When you receive your Walmart Rewards or Capital One Walmart Rewards credit card account statement in the mail, you’ll find an attached payment coupon you can tear off and mail back with your payment. What If My Walmart Credit Card Payment Is Late?

Each month your Walmart credit card has a balance, you’re required to make your payment by the due date listed on your billing statement. If your Walmart credit card payment is late, you can use any of the available payment methods to bring your account current. However, a late fee of up to $39 may apply.
