Great place to stay!!

When we checked in the hotel, the lobby smelled so good!! Our room was super clean and fresh! The beds were very comfortable too! The breakfast was great and the pool area was fabulous!! We will be back!!

I stayed there 4 years ago for my Birthday - I returned for a 2 day visit It was not as nice Parking $10 a night is silly - and i felt overcharged The breakfast was so much cheaper than it was 4 years ago The man at check-in just is not clear in what he was saying and made check in hard - He could use a better attitude also It is close to Seaworld and I give it 3 Stars for being clean

The hotel is renovated and accommodations were fine and it is one of the better quality hotel choices in the busy and very touristy Orlando center. Also, breakfast selection was surprisingly good and plentiful for the typical selection for the Holiday Inn Express brand. The reasons for not giving the hotel 5 stars are below: 1) the bathroom sink in the room was clogged upon check in. 2) guests were allowed to consume alcohol and to smoke heavily in the pool area right next to many small children and other guests who did not appreciate being exposed to second hand smoke. As a public health policy, smoking should only be allowed in remote designated areas and not in the pool ares which is full of small children. 3) At times there was no staff at the reception and the staff that I did communicate with either spoke very poor English (or none at all, the assumption was that everyone should be speaking Spanish) or appeared to be genuinely disinterested and didn't pay attention to customers' concerns.

We have been here several times because of its close proximity to SeaWorld. Front desk very friendly & effecient. As Diamond IElite IHG was upgrades to suite with separate bedroom. Comfortable bed, clean room, comfortable chairs placed for good view of TV & breakfast was the usual fare but good & plentiful....except no decaf coffee even though they had 3 pots of regular. Few problems: 1) took very long for water in shower to become even slightly hot with minimal pressure, shampoo was empty, toilet paper holder ready to fall off wall as was a ring on the shower curtain rod on the wall & grab bar in tub/shower in wrong place (if you used it the water would be all over the floor. We will return if in area again.

We had a disabled room. The shower design was horrible. One shower flooded the bathroom and the hallway. Very poor design. You need more toasters at the breakfast bar. 20 to 30 minute wait to use one toaster! Staff was nice and housekeeping cleaned up the flooding. Staff was nice too!
