Crew couldn’t have been better. Bathrooms were especially clean. Plane was very clean. Everyone wore mask and felt safe. We had a plane switch due to a mechanical problem but it was only a 40 minutes delay and we were informed the whole time.

I’m still in Atlanta!!!!!!!!!

Everything went as expected. Masks were worn, passengers were cooperative, flight was on time, unboarding was uncannily orderly. People remained seated until the people in front of them stood to gather their belongings. It proceeded as a wave almost. I've never seen anything like it. It was like being in the Twilight zone. Boarding still allows about half the plane to board first (passengers with kids and needing help, priority and first class, diamond, sky something or other, military, etc.). Then they board from back to front. Half the plane is already on board so I'm not sure why they bother.

Staff was great. Could have had a menu so I could know what I could order in between meals.

Pros: "Not much I liked"

Cons: "The crew were the worst Delta crew I’ve ever had. Sat 1st class and waited 1 hour from sitting in my seat untill I was offered a beverage. Asked for a snack and was told to wait until the basket was brought around, 20 minutes later. Asked for coffee, it was terrible and served with attitude."

Pros: "VERY small plane and small narrow seats"

Cons: "Yes...not change my flight at the last minute and causing me to miss my connecting flight. Then making me reschedule my flight with only options that I now have (2) layover and then arrive in Korea another day later, that then caused me to miss my college orientation day!"

Pros: "small and uncomfortable"

Cons: "respectful size seat"

Pros: "Great service from boarding to landing"

Pros: "On time this time"

Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "The comfort seats are not that comfortable"

Pros: "the flight was quick and it was fine. flight crew was polite and professional."

Cons: "i didn’t like that my knees were in the row in front of me, and we hit some pretty scary bumps. i get really anxious about turbulence."

Pros: "Ease of check in and friendly people"

Cons: "Marta"

Pros: "Did not wait for luggage."

Cons: "Food was marginal. Equipment had low ceiling under carry on shelf. No entertainment."

Pros: "Delta provided great entertainment options and it felt like endless food and drinks. The seats were also a bit more spacious than usual"

Cons: "They cancelled my ticket and did not inform me. Horrible exlefywith JustFly.com Beware of this organization"

Pros: "The exit row seat on this leg out of PHL to SLC did recline! No need for Delta Comfort+ unless you want to get off of the plane ... faster."

Cons: "For some reason, the pilot couldn't figure out how to adjust the cabin temperature for the first hour or so. This made the flight (and I was sitting in an exit row seat, right by the door which is usually cooler) uncomfortably hot and muggy. Food? No food. Thank goodness for Delta Lounge (even if it was the one in PHL). Just snacks make this a poor option for many. I don't know what is up, but the USB charger on the two monitors didn't work and neither did the outlet between the seats. And I have two different sets of cables "just in case" and they're the 3-in-1 so I can try to charge multiple devices (Apple, Android and Samsung) but nothing worked."

Pros: "Staff personalities"

Cons: "Waited extra 20 mins after door closed to-complete loading luggage"

Pros: "Staff was very courteous, the flight was smooth."

Cons: "There was no TV's on this flight."

Pros: "The staff"

Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "The flight was delayed and it set off a slew of connection problems."

Pros: "Flight attendants were really kind"

Cons: "We were an hour late to leave so I missed my connecting flight and am currently stuck in Minneapolis for nearly 8 hours now"

Pros: "Stewardesses were sympathetic but could do nothing."

Cons: "A few flurries out of Philadelphia and flight is delayed 2.5 hrs, we therefore miss our connection and all they wanted us to do was spend 2 days in airport until next flight. Finally reached a compassionate soul at customer service who got creative and routed us to BCN via ATL, Miami and Madrid."

Pros: "The attention, kindness and never tiring helpful attitude of the personnel."

Cons: "None of the 7 screens I ried had the audio working. I had to result to sleeping when I could have easily enjoyed 3 movies and what not. It would also be helpful to have charging outlets on long-haul/international flights."

Pros: "Crew was very attentive and curtious. Boarding was a bit more chaotic than usual and the gate agent made no announcement about boarding procedure, which certainly contributed to the scrum resulting. I arrived from the Skyclub several minutes prior to boarding time and was unable to find a path through to the Priority Boarding Lane. As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."

Cons: "For the third Delta flight in a row (all First Class) the crew did not make any effort to keep economy class cuctomers form storing bags in the First Class overhead or using the only First Class laveratory during flight. This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

Pros: "I had a window seat"

Cons: "bumpy flight"

Pros: "Flight attendant insisted to take my jacket. She didn’t return led. I forgot jacket in Cincinnati"

Cons: "I need my jacket"

Pros: "As usual, Delta staff and crew did their best to make the flight quite enjoyable and smooth."

Pros: "I appreciated the kindness of the staff at each of our stops. From beginning to end they were polite, helpful, and kind!"

Pros: "Arrived on time crew worked had"

Cons: "my seat was BAD , no recline- right by bathroom one of which was out of order."

Cons: "Compared to such airlines like Turkish or etihad, service and comfort was lacking behind."

Pros: "Airplane was good, boarding was fast."

Cons: "Cramped, uncomfortable tin can of an airplane. Barely tolerable for even an hour’s flight."

Cons: "Delta Flight #1661 I paid for 1st class. My first flight was late so I arrived at the gate after boarding began. When the gate attendant scanned my ticket another printed. When he handed me the ticket my seat had changed to seat 25E. I told the attendant that I had paid for first class. He asked me to step aside while he contacted his supervisor, Joe. Then I had to wait until ENTIRE flight had boarded which defeated part of the reason I paid for the upgrade. This was on top of the fact I was so thirsty because 1st flight didn't have drink service and because it was late I had to book it to the connection arriving sweaty, hot and needing to use the bathroom. I was told they had given my seat away to someone as a free upgrade. Joe offered me a $100 voucher to take other seat which was less than I paid for 1st class, plus the seat was a middle seat in the rear of the plane. When I told him as much, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that they would have to kick someone out of my seat. When I declined the downgrade, they made me stand by while they kicked someone out of my seat which was embarrassing and humiliating. Then, when they handed me a new boarding pass, it was not the seat I had paid for and selected, instead it was in the first row, which I’ve always hated because there is no under seat storage and I cannot keep my backpack with me. When I pay for first class, it is primarily so that I can board first and so that I have extra room to work (which I need access to my bag to do). While I was trying to take out the minimum of the things I needed from my bag and figure out how to manage without it, 3 times a flight attendant told me they had to take my bag (since I was the last person to board they tried to prevent me from using the bathroom and they were anxious to leave early). I tried to explain that Delta had prevented me from boarding earlier and that they gave away the seat I paid for which was NOT the first row."

Pros: "Service was great. Seating was OK. It was a brand new vehicle, so the (climate/air handling) was great."

Cons: "Boarding was not well organized."

Pros: "Flight left on time despite the problems"

Cons: "We waited for one hour to be able to board. The system crashed so we were very lucky to arrive very early to the airport"

Pros: "Crew mediocre, a bit odd. Old plane, no power, WiFi, nor entertainment."

Cons: "WiFi and entertainment"

Cons: "On the first leg of my journey, there was a card explaining how to get inflight entertainment using the aainflight.com which worked great. However the Phoenix to Eugene leg used Boingospot but there was no card in the seat pocket explaining what needed to be put in your browser to access the entertainment portal. There were only two flight attendants on the flight and, aside from the drink service, no one ever came to the back of the plane so I could ask the question. I could have used the call button but I think that should be saved for emergencies. I think the information on how to access the inflight entertainment should be in every seat pocket"

Pros: "Courteous crew"

Cons: "N/A"

Pros: "Nothing really"

Cons: "WiFi on both ways was not working"

Pros: "Crew was very nice. Seats were more comfortable than other airline seats."

Cons: "We have arranged for a wheelchair assistance and there was none available and we had to wait an hour after the flight landed for a wheelchair!"

Pros: "Great short flight"

Pros: "First class meal (lasagna) was quite good."

Cons: "Flight was two hours late due to snow and deicing."

Pros: "New gates at Philadelphia are beautiful but are hard to get in and out of and the design almost forces people into the hallway which clogs up pedestrian traffic down the corridor"

Cons: "There were no announcements at the gate. So it was very disorganized and people were frustrated I had purchased some fried breakfast rice at the gate and it came in a bag. The woman at the gat told me I had too many bags. It’s not a bag lady. It’s fried rice. She was not friendly. At least smile when you tell me to combine my takeout bag and my very small cross-body bag that is barely big enough to hold my Iphone. Most of the announcements in flight were muffled and hard to hear. The safety speech was really quite terrible. I think someone was torturing her to do it. It was really quite painful to listen to....."

Pros: "Non stop and an on time arrival after 20 min delay at phl when no gate agent could deplane previous flight. After being re-ticketed from overbooked united flight all in all not bad at all."

Cons: "They happen from time to time,... from many unassigned seats causing long gate line where several butted to the front to random noises during the flight from passengers to 6 bathroom trip guy just weird all around. Plus the multiple gate changes by PHL which are to be expected. Just a regular PHL departure,..."

Pros: "Because he flight wasn’t full, the seat next to me wasn’t occupied, giving me a bit more space."

Cons: "Food was bland. Flight was delayed almost two hours."

Pros: "Not much here. The seats were ok, but the rest of the flight the airline was just poor."

Cons: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Pros: "Price"

Cons: "Outdated airplanes"

Pros: "On time"

Cons: "Small seats"

Pros: "The actual flight was fine. But leading up to it not so much."

Cons: "Please inform travelers that their passport must not expire within 3-6 months of their trip to France. I was unaware of this and was not allowed on our flight in Philadelphia because my passport would expire in two months. We lost an entire day in France because I had to go to the customs office the next morning and get an emergency passport. I travel frequently, but somehow was not aware of this rule. If I had known I would have fixed the issue months ago. Multiple people viewed my ticket and passport before arriving in Philadelphia and no one caught this error until right as I was boarding the flight to Paris."

Pros: "Arrived safely and on time."

Cons: "No power outlets at seats."

Cons: "No movies or other entertainment that I could find"

Pros: "Great flight"

Cons: "No food"

Pros: "Comfortable, very friendly helpful staff"

Cons: "Nothing, well I miss the movies shown on their divides rather than my tablet"

Cons: "I was told that because my passport would expire in 2 months that I wouldn't be allowed to board the flight. I was never alerted of this in the booking process."

Cons: "For a flight five hours or more I was disappointed that there was no complimentary food. It otherwise it was fine"

Pros: "nothing horrible flight"

Cons: "This was almost a six hour flight there were no televisions available the flight was oversold and there were people on standby there was very little Lego room we were only offered snacks and drinks the crew was stressed we left late because we were instructed to check our carry-ons but that was not enforced until people were already on the plane getting on the plane and getting off the plane took a very long time there was very little leg room it was difficult to move around the plane because it was such a small plane the crew was very stressed out. I am very upset about this flight and will not fly with American ever again."

Cons: "Wifi was not working in the airplane unfortunately. You could connect to it but it was not working at all for anybody '"

Pros: "Crew was exceptional (as usual), everything ran smoothly and on time."

Cons: "It doesn't make sense to board from the front of the plane backward. I know this is not an AA thing, but a way to make customers paying more feel more special by having the privilege of sitting on the plane longer...but it's really silly."

Pros: "Not much."

Cons: "There are NO ENTERTAINMENT, and I had two flights that were more than 5 hours each. It was not operated by British, it was actually American Airlines."

Pros: "Seats were comfortable."

Cons: "Two hour plus delay in plane on tarmac then long flight with entertainment not working. Crew could care less."

Pros: "The plane and facilities were all very nice."

Cons: "Requested a raw vegetarian meal when prompted but message was not delivered to airline evidently. Flight attendant did not attempt to find alternate meal and implied we had not followed proper directions."

Pros: "In general it was fine"

Cons: "The flight was not cheap and when I went to select my seat, it revealed that to not sit in the middle row would cost me an extra $60 each way. A bit much on the misc charges folks."

Pros: "Crew was excellent and live tv options"

Cons: "Temperature on flight was freezing cold!"

Cons: "We booked a round-trip flight on AA from Philadelphia to Dublin. Due to changes in our travel plans we revised our flight dates. The phone customer service rep who helped me make the changes, assured me that the AA policy was to group families together after she informed me that I could not choose our seat assignments at that time. Arriving at the Philadelphia airport, we used the self service kiosk to check-in. The issued boarding passes put my wife and me in different rows on one side of the plane, and our nine year old son on the other. I asked a roving AA customer service rep if it would be possible to change our seat assignments and explained what we were told when rebooking. She waved vaguely in the direction of the baggage counter, and told us we could change our seats when checking our baggage. We brought out baggage to the counter and informed the customer service rep working there what we were told by the kiosk and phone representatives. She immediately yelled at us and told us to calm down, even though we were merely asking and explaining. Each time we attempted to explain our situation or ask where we could seek assistance, she bristled. Finally, she told us we should go to the main check-in counter because she could not change seat assignments. The check-in counter rep was very brusque. She said she could not change anything because we had boarding passes and should accept the locations because it was an international flight; however we could ask at the gate if changes could be made. At the gate, service was provided for three flights - Dublin, London, and Manchester(?). We stood briefly in line and were motioned up to a desk for the London flight. I informed the customer service rep that we were travelling to Dublin, and what we were told by the previous AA representatives. Without checking to see if was possible to seat the three of us together, he told us that he could only put my wife and son together. Somewhat relieved, we asked him to revise their seat locations. He made the changes and handed us our new boarding passes. As we walked away from the counter, I noticed that the new boarding passes were for the London flight and did not have my wife's or son's names. We returned to the counter and told him that there had been mistakes made. He immediately snatched the passes from us and berated us for not telling him that we were not going to London. I told him that we had told him of our destination as soon as we approached the counter. He retrieved our original passes from the trash and told us to wait for the Dublin flight reps to arrive. Immediately, I called the AA toll-free number and informed the phone agent of all that had happened. She was able to locate two seats together for my wife and son, and told me to inform the gate reps of the information. Because of character limitations I cannot tell of the counter rep who was an angel and managed to seat the three of us together. Thank you!!!"

Cons: "I nearly missed my flight because I did not have a seat for a flight that I bought a ticket for at full price. Which, would lead one to believe that I would have a seat on said flight. However, coming to the gate an hour before boarding the personnel working gate the said he was having computer difficulties and could not get me a seat and it would be 10 min. I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled."

Pros: "The crew was great."

Cons: "One of the worst flights ever. The plane was jammed. My seat was in row 20, directly across from the lavatory. The light was one every time they opened or closed the door. I had people standing right next to me with their rear ends in my face. The plane would be fine for a short trip with that many people and such small uncomfortable seats (and I am a little person 5'1"). But to put that many people on a "cattle car" for a 6 hour flight... no bueno. Also, I could not check in online to get seats and I wasn't able to upgrade. My husband was stuck 13 rows behind me. Worst flight ever."

Cons: "Finally took off at 12:15 AM on a flight scheduled to depart at 7;30 PM the day before!"

Pros: "There were empty seats close to me, so that was great. The food was pretty good and it was nice that the wine was free."

Cons: "The screen on the back of the seat in front of me did not work well at all so it was difficult to watch movies. (I had to press multiple times to change the screen from one display to another.)"

Pros: "Streaming entertainment with great choices Not too crowded so got my upgrade"

Cons: "Food was disgusting... bland cheese lasagna or small wet noodle salad with piece of chicken. This menu has been going for years! Old B757 No sparkling water but 75 variations of Coca Cola"

Pros: "Plenty of room for this guy, 6'2", in economy. We had just landed a few hours before from a 8.5 hour flight from Paris. Plenty of seat room. The service was good. Arrived early."

Cons: "There wasn't entertainment options without using your own devise. Much nicer having it built in but I realize that is the way of the future. The seat itself was very stiff. There was no comfort in the chair itself. It looked comfy but felt like a hard chair, unfortunate. No charging stations at Philly and the outlets didn't work to charge phones."

Pros: "I was not able to seat with my son, I was not very happy about it."

Pros: "The quality of aircraft"

Cons: "The service lacked any sort of empathy. The crew on this flight especially the African American lady, I think are in the wrong profession. Didn't care at all. Seemed miserable."

Pros: "comfortable seats"

Cons: "While boarding the plane an AA employee actually grabbed the 1/4 full gym bag out of my boyfriend's hands and said he had to check it (even though it had fit under his seat next to his backpack on our previous American Airlines flight). Boarded and saw there was still plenty of open overhead bin space. Had to wait 30 extra minutes at our destination to claim his unnecessarily checked bag. This is on top of poor customer service from the gate agents and a long delay on our outbound flight. Will not choose to fly American Airlines in the future"

Pros: "Short flight"

Cons: "Small plane"

Pros: "The fact that I was finally put in the plane at the last minute"

Cons: "The fact that I was confirmed on this flight and no one would give me a seat assignment. Not when I checked in 2 hours early for my initial flight from MHT nor when I arrived in Philadelphia to catch this next leg. They made me wait at the gate and then went and checked the plane and came back and said board and take any empty seat! Never again!"

Cons: "Almost did NOT make it home to Salisbury airport. 3 hr layover in Philadelphia. Tried to obtain seat assignment 1 1/2 hrs prior to departure and was only told it was too soon and they would call my name. 5 minutes prior to boarding, checked again and told by another airport helper that the flight was OVERBOOKED and now I was on STANDBY. Purchased tickets over a month and a half ago. No problems getting to Orlando but to return to this- UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT OVERBOOK a flight!!!!!!!! People make plans, have to work the following day and face the chance of not making it home-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Thankfully 5 people did not show for the flight, should NOT gamble with that!!!!!!!"

Pros: "That plane took off and landed safely."

Cons: "Flight to philly, waited 3 hours on the plane before take off because of holes in the plane. Flight to dallas, waited 2 hours on the plane because the plane in front of us on the runnway wasn't clear for take off, we were and they couldn't taxi them out of the way?! Missed my connection and a day of work had to pay for a hotel. I only have so much $. I'm not and AA CEO."

Pros: "I booked the flight specifically because it was advertised and booked on British Airways, which is considered a nice international airline to fly. The flight was swaped to American Airlines, and I was put on an international flight that was archaic, I would have been better off flying a prop plane from the 1970's."

Cons: "I booked the flight specifically because it was advertised and booked on British Airways, which is considered a nice international airline to fly. The flight was swaped to American Airlines, and I was put on an international flight that was archaic, I would have been better off flying a prop plane from the 1970's."

Pros: "It got me on the way"

Cons: "An outlet and letting me get into Canada"

Cons: "Seats need to be bigger (wider)"

Pros: "The text messages from United"

Pros: "Amazing experience"

Cons: "No, everything was perfect"

Pros: "Empty plane personal seating everyone"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The attendants were amazing, fun, attentive and provided for a very quick four-hour trip!"

Cons: "Not one thing."

Cons: "Delay for 3 hours"

Pros: "The crew was fantastic!! Friendly and attentive!!"

Cons: "More snack options other than pretzels would’ve been nice."

Pros: "Friendly staff and efficiency"

Cons: "None that I can think of"

Pros: "Crew & flight were fine."

Cons: "Nickel & dime passengers for everything"

Pros: "That I could take a traditional sized carry on and personal bag onto the flight for no additional charge. Flight crews very nice. Also complimentary beverage included. So nice to not get nickel and dimes to death."

Cons: "Happy to get free WiFi but couldn’t get it to work. Also, a GF snack like nuts that don’t contain wheat would be nice"

Cons: "The waiting in the lobby."

Pros: "I'm glad the problem was found prior to us leaving the airport."

Cons: "Having to wait almost 2 hours, missing my connecting flight.. causing undue stress prior to vacationing -OVERCROWDED!!! had to sit in a center seat squashed for 3 hours."

Pros: "Everything was on time and it was a good flight"

Pros: "Crew was helpful and everything went as planned"

Cons: "Smaller seats"

Pros: "My father passed away earlier that day and I needed a ticket quickly to fly home. At the airport I was a mess and the airline counter attendant was so amazing helping me ( I had never flown United and had no idea about their luggage policies ect..). She quickly pulled me aside.. helped me with checking in and did her best to fine me another seat thatvwas better than the one I had already chosen. Also, she gave me a hug and her condolences. Flying with an airline that has heart helped me so much during one of the most difficult times of my life. I will absolutely fly with them again."

Cons: "No complaints ... but I paid for a movie to take my mind off of my father's passing during the flight and there was a short in my monitor for our whole row. It kept cutting in and out and "searching for signal", I only was able to see 1/4 of the movie I paid for with all the interruptions in signal."

Pros: "The people were all very nice. The plane was top-notch. Would definitely fly with them again if I had the opportunity."

Cons: "The boarding lasted much longer than I had anticipated. I was also not informed of when my group was boarding at the proper time."

Pros: "All was good. Flight attendants helpful and friendly."

Pros: "It had movie screens quite old but better than none"

Pros: "Clean aircraft, swift flight"

Cons: "Seat was changed to last row/middle seat (not what initially booked or confirmed with online check-in). Before takeoff, attendant moved all passengers in back row to alternate seats. Which meant that I was no longer traveling with my colleague. Unfortunately, that made our intended meeting time impossible."

Cons: "We reserved wheelchair assistance prior to the flight. We had to wait an extended amount of time to actually get the wheelchair assistance with 5 kids 7 and under. Due to the wait we almost missed our flight, we were literally the last to board the plane. We were hoping to grab some breakfast for the kids as we had a long flight and did not have time to do so because of this delay. This is why we called ahead to reserve the wheelchair. The people checking in did not seem to care about the delay and only told us to be patient. Sad, unfortunate experience with accessibility issues."

Pros: "Stewardess was nice"

Cons: "Delayed, then when we got here no lanes to land. Seats are way to small for normal sized people."

Cons: "Just give free wi fi already"

Pros: "I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff"

Pros: "All good, no complaints!"

Cons: "Hour late taking off and customer service terribleness!"

Pros: "Crew was great"

Cons: "Great aircraft!"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Delayed 3 hours"

Pros: "Tv"

Cons: "The tv kept shutting on and off"

Pros: "United got me from point A to point B"

Cons: "Crew was rude, not just to me, but to other patrons. Flight was packed going and the man scanning boarding passes spoke to those of us asking simple questions as if we were stupid and defiant. Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

Pros: "Getting through the airport was a breeze"

Cons: "My wifi didn't work on board I was completely counting on it to work and I paid for it and it never actually connected me (so I wasted the money and didn't get a refund and I also missed an important online meeting!"

Pros: "Seats are comfy"

Cons: "Food service sucks"

Pros: "Pilots and some flight attendants were kind and friendly."

Cons: "On the return home, I was seated in the last row right next to the lavatory. I was bumped into at least 25 times by other passengers and flight attendants. I would suggest removing the aisle seat on both sides."

Pros: "The flight was on time."

Cons: "My connection to YYZ was cancelled and I was not even rebooked to the next flight. I needed to buy a ticket on Air Canada in order to get there. Every time I fly United I find myself asking "why in the hell am I flying United?""

Cons: "Showed up at gate to get my seat and attendants seemed flusterred and unprepared. It seemed that they were having trouble finding a seat for me and I could hear them discussing options with other airlines to get to my final destination"

Cons: "I didn't like that on the way to Philly I could watch movies on my device, but on the way back I would have had to pay to use the seat-back system."

Pros: "It was a light flight, so I could have my carry-on with me even though I was in group 5. The breakfast -- berry pecan French toast -- was surprisingly tasty and satisfying (if not very attractively presented)."

Cons: "Too bad I had to pay so much for the exit row seat. I'm tall and it's needed for standard comfort (as opposed to extra comfort). Oh well. Gotta squeeze those dollars out of the passengers every way they can."

Pros: "Got me safely to my destination. Other passengers were friendly and helpful. Sf and Vic airports nice. flight attendants passably pleasant. No food that I was aware of. Entertainment at least there was a wifi option since there were no screens."

Cons: "Check in agents all might as well have been robots, but with bad attitude. Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn't show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone.... Which I don't think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight."

Pros: "Boarding was efficient and the crew was competent."

Cons: "United charges you extra for everything. Economy is uncomfortable."

Pros: "Friendly service, nice and comfortable."

Cons: "The seat cushions were in terrible condition!!!"

Cons: "They had us wait in the runway for almost an hour not good when you have arrived airport not organozed"

Pros: "The flight staff were courteous."

Cons: "The seats were too tight I was squished to the window by big person next to me and the person front of me reclined to tighten up the space more. My seat could not recline"

Pros: "It was awesome fckin amazing"

Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "I paid for my luggage in advance and when I arrived at Philly airport it was not acknowledged"

Cons: "Every time I fly through San Franscisco, my United flight is cancelled, delayed or I get stranded! If you know a large number of your passengers are coming in on a flight from the east coast that was delayed for de-icing...wouldn't it be easier to just hold the flight, since it is the last flight of the night. United's customer service and care of passengers is horrible!"

Cons: "A pilot on the flight dropped a steel heavy thermos on my head from an overhead bin giving me a big bruise , bump and I bled . It throbbed all throughout the flight , gave me a bad headache the rest of the day and I still have a headache today ( the day after flying ) and am taking the day off"

Cons: "late take off 30 minutes waiting for clearance from headquarters not airport"

Pros: "Nonstop flight."

Cons: "90 minute delay to repair toilets and the toilets were dirty."

Pros: "My flight was cancelled so I didn’t get to travel out of Omaha let alone back to Omaha"

Cons: "Flight cancelled outside of Omaha"

Cons: "Flight was late Seats are the worst"

Pros: "Crew was friendly. Crew was helpful."

Cons: "nothing"

Cons: "Didn't like that I had to pay for my carry on luggage that wasn't told to me until the last minute. I feel that it should have been told to me when I booked the flight. Not happy about that at all."

Pros: "The flight was not that full and we didn't crash."

Cons: "Frontier tries to reach their hand in your pocket at every corner. Their staff seams over worked and under supported. The airline as a whole comes off as low quality and extremely disoginised. For example, we are now on day two and I'm still not home. They have admitted fault, but have done very little to help the situation. Thus fare the accommodations I have received were hard to come by and had to be found on my own. Hopefully I'll make it there tonight, but honestly expect more issues just based on what I've see so fare."

Pros: "An excellent pilot and crew that tends to your needs. That's all I ask"

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats - don't recline! Rude crew, create an impression if they're doing you a favor by being there. Flight significantly delayed. No clear announcements. As a frequent flier, didn't expect a Spirit like experience from Frontier!"

Pros: "NA"

Cons: "See above"

Pros: "Easy purchasing. Several emails after the purchase and up until the day of flight."

Cons: "Ease of site use."

Pros: "Very little"

Cons: "Most uncomfortable seats of any airline. Terrible in flight survice everything is extra, even a bottle of water Booo Frontier."

Pros: "The price of the ticket"

Cons: "I had 1 carry on luggage. When I left Orlando I was not charged for the carry on...It was a carry on within size standards. When I left Philadelphia back home..that's a different story. When I went to board the plane the guy that scanned my ticket said I needed to step aside as I did not pay for carry on. I explained I did not pay in MCO to Philly and why was I being charged now. Tyra Brunson, said she was the manager at the gate. I explained the situation and she said that she doesn't know how they do it in Orlando but that here I had to pay $60 for the carry on. I aske if it is a different company and if the policies are for all locations and she said yes but in philly they charge $60 at the gate for carry on. She did say if I went on line I could purchase at $35, That was better but still dont agree with haven been charged since it was a legit carry on which I should not have been charged for. Trya saw me try to go online but guess to late to purchase online. That was of no concern to Tyra. She did not do anything to calm the situation and Iat this point I was extremely aggravated as was not ready to spend an additional $60, I did not budget for that. While this is all taking place another 4-5 people were pulled over for the same thing. They were asking as well why on this leg of the trip we now had to pay for carry on luggage. I would like to be reimbursed as I think this Agent took advantage of me, us. Also, I think Trya needs to attend a CSR class as she does not know how to deal with the customers in a way that keeps the tension down. Example. I asked for her name an whee would only give me her first name. I was able to get the name when she accidentally flipped her id around (note, she flipped it around so I could not see name when we discussing the carry on situation). I would not recommmend Frontier Airlnes to anyone. This was my first time flying. With them and more than likely the last."

Pros: "The captain and crew were fun and positive. They entertained us and always had a smile with a joke."

Cons: "The seats..... Anything more than 2 & half hours hurts your butt. Bring seat cousion for longer flights. It's truly an air bus."

Cons: "All flights out of Philadelphia were cancelled by Frontier due to a bit of snow, yet almost every other airline was still flying out. You didn't even try! And I had to pay $200 more for a flight."

Pros: "We brought our pet with us on this trip. The experience was wonderful. We had no problems with Frontier at all. The stewardess were so kind to us. It was such a pleasant flight. I will be flying Frontier again."

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "I loved the price. My parents recently retired to Florida so traveling to see them is important. The plane and flight crew weren't bad."

Cons: "When I got to the airport not one Frontier employee was around. The line grew, and grew as the passengers arrived. Many with small children who can't wait that patiently. We were there as predicted and as the sign said "Gate opens two hours before flights". Two hours came and went. Jet blue (nearby) fully staffed laughed and said 'you get what you pay for'! The crew came inside (as if just coming to work) and started to allow bags to be checked. Clearly 25-35 minutes late. Our flight was also delayed a half hour and Frontier said that was why the crew didn't check in sooner. However having someone, anyone from the co represent them to let passengers know would be helpful. I over heard many with small (Crying) children this was their first time flying. If security was busy this would have been frantic."

Pros: "Equipment was relatively new so no issues there. Orderly boarding and clean cabin. Flight crew did a superb job! Cabin crew were polite and accommodating enough. Gate agents were efficient and friendly, Can't comment on the quality/quantity of food or beverage as I opted not to give them any more money, Make sure to download the Frontier app on your device BEFORE boarding or you will have NO entertainment available! The entertainment is complimentary but there's a charge for internet."

Cons: "I had discovered the carry-on bag charges AFTER purchasing the ticket online which is a bit underhanded. My 'bargain' ticket was now the same price as every other airline plus the 'privilege' of food and beverage purchase whereas all the vanguard carriers still offer free carry-on, snacks and soft drinks. BTW unless you're drunk or completely exhausted, don't plan on getting much sleep: the seats were made with some of the thinnest padding I've experienced and you might get 3-4 inches of recline, IF you can locate the lever! IMPORTANT!! If you don't order THE WORKS pkg ($55) when you INITIALLY pay for your ticket, which includes refund waiver along with check-in, carry-on and seat choice, you're stuck with THE PERKS ($45) which has all the above EXCEPT the refund waiver. The refund fee is $99! You can do everything a la carte, but will cost more beyond 1 bag. BTW, do it all online or you'll pay more at the airport. All in all, absolutely fine for the price if you have a personal sized item (i.e. up to a small backpack) but a standard size carry-on or check-in will definitely put a wrinkle in your flight budget!"

Pros: "Smooth flight, friendly crew. Had no problem boarding, or getting my seat."

Cons: "I felt that the additional cost for carrying on my bag was high, by the time you pay that, the price of the ticket is almost equal to other airlines. If you change your seat there's an additional charge for that. Also, I do like the fact that the airline charges for non-alcoholic beverages. I'm not sure if they charged for water, but they charge $2.99 for a regular sized can of Coke. I think that leaves the public with the feeling that they're being ripped off. Not good."

Pros: "Left on time & arrived early."

Cons: "No water or soda, had to buy."

Pros: "The price was great"

Pros: "-On time -Got me to and from my location -Not a full flight, so I had breathing room"

Cons: "-$40 for a carry on? I've never heard of that. I must be spoiled with Southwest -Fees for everything -No free drink"

Pros: "Didn't buy any food and there was no entertainment so can't score those items. Was goid short flight and actually arrived a few minutes early both there and back."

Cons: "Didn't really dislike anything"

Pros: "I paid for a two-star flight"

Cons: "I got a two-star flight"

Cons: "The flight was fine but it was delayed at the last minute which was annoying. There was no communication by gate staff about what was going on and that was frustrating and confusing. I liked receiving updates via email, but the human touch would have been nice too. The gate staff seemed very overwhelmed by the situation and I don't think she handled it well. I heard that meal vouchers were being distributed but I didn't learn this until we were getting ready to board the flight so I didn't receive a voucher and I didn't get dinner."

Pros: "I sat in the first row, so the leg room was pretty good."

Cons: "Kayak quoted ticket prices in search results that were not consistent and I didn't know off the top of my head that Frontier makes you pay for all luggage, even carry ons. The woman at the ticket counter did not notice my luggage and let me know that I needed to pay extra for it, so I paid twice as much at the gate ($60) after being pulled out of the boarding line. These results should be marked differently so it's not so difficult to figure out which tickets are actually less expensive. Only water on the flight (unless you want to buy a can of soda for $5), only one chance to get water, food is also only for purchase. No entertainment options. An oil slick of grease and grime over my window. Very, very unimpressed."

Cons: "The worst flight I've ever taken"

Pros: "Service was very nice and profecional."

Cons: "The seats are horrible: they don't recline not even a bit very bad for your back when sitting for 3 hs, the same seats have the bare minimum padding whomever designed them never sat on them. My son is studing at UPenn and I know we will go often but I can't take Frontier any more because of the seats. Paying more is not the solution because I sat on the more expensive ones and it's not worth the money, We will pay more but not realy because I added the fare, plus bags, plus seats and it costs the same on other airlines and we get more leg room, padded seats , a movie and the seats recline."

Cons: "I need my money back they didn't let me on borde bkz I was 30 minutes late"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Frontier is a bait and switch operation. They offer discount fares and when you get to ticketing you discover that they charge $40 for checked bags and $45 for carry on bags!!! I can understand the checked baggage fee only if it was made known prior to purchase but charging more for carry on bags. Also, the staff at the ticketing counter are rude and obviously selected and trained to make sure that they get every penny of their ruthless money. I have flown my first and only flight with Frontier and will never do so again."

Pros: "Price, timeliness, flight"

Cons: "Price nick picking. Let me know up front."

Pros: "The flight itself, boarding, etc. were all fine."

Cons: "False information? You give the impression that reserving seats and carrying on luggage cost $20 each, one way, when I was charged nearly twice that amount. I expected to pay a total of $80 for the round trip, but was charged $120. I probably could have found a cheaper flight on another airline."

Pros: "That frontier was able to get a flight as soon as possible."

Cons: "The fact that our flight was almost delayed 2 hours."

Cons: "Frontier is cheap, but I guess this is because they cut corners by not paying people to attend to their check-in kiosk. As a result, fifty or more people were waiting at the check in with no idea whether or not it was the right place or whether someone would eventually come. There were no chairs benches or waiting area---and we were forced to watch while other people were welcomed by their airlines. Also, having to pay for a single carry on seems like overkill to me."

Pros: "Priority check in for veterans. But will not be using this airline after this trip."

Cons: "There is a charge for a carry-on luggage fee of $45 so I paid the $40 fee to check my baggage in. Arrived 3 hours before flight. The flight was delayed for 2 hours. Get to the destination with no transfers and my luggage is the only piece that doesn't make it! The baggage claim attendant was all nonchalant and informed me every bag in their history has ALWAYS showed up in a few days. I'm traveling for a weekend business convention....so I had to repurchase clothing and items and possibly another suitcase fot the return trip. I will not be using this airline in the future."

Pros: "The color of their uniforms were very nice and professional. The animal themed planes were fun as well!"

Cons: "Poor customer service. We got to the airport 3 hours ahead of time and it took well over an hour for them to check in baggage (keep in mind we checked in our bags online and there were only 8 people in front of us) we made it to our gate 30min ahead of time. It was terrible. Tried to be kind to the staff but they were not having it. Very inconsiderate of others and doing their job in a timely fashion. They also lost my luggage. Since the airline is so cheep they don't keep staff on hand to handle issues after the flight lands. No desk to report to, no phone number to call; as if you never even flown with them. It was very alarming as I had important clothing for an interview, medicine, and other personal items that would not easily be replaced. Never flying frontier again."

Pros: "What I thought I liked was the cheap flight tickets. They remained the cheapest for as long as I kept checking. The flight attendants were super nice as well. So that was a plus."

Cons: "I did not like that even after I purchased my flight ticket, I had to pay additional for my seat when I came to check in. I did not like that I had to pay for a checked in bag. So if you look at it after all is said and done, you'll find you probably paid more for frontier than another airline. I also did not like that on my flight home, they changed my seats without asking me and my friend, I had specifically purchased a window seat. They then gave us tickets that were in the same isle but we were separated by four people. When I expressed my concern, she attempted to make me believe that seats 17A and 17E were next to each other. When I insisted on seats next to each other, she gave us exit seats."

Pros: "Our flight was quick with no delays."

Cons: "Charging you for just about everything. Apparently paying for my airline ticket did not guarantee I'd have a seat on the plane, so I had to pay an additional sum of money for a seat. Wait, did you think you were finally done paying the airline? Of course not! Want to take anything with you on your trip? Pay for a checked bag. Thought you were clever and decided to just bring a carry on to avoid the charges? Think again! Costs more than checking a bag... All the while messages pop up pushing you to pay for even more random and unnecessary amenities."

Pros: "Very professional and friendly staff. The price is affordable! Would definitely use this airline again and would recommend it highly to friends and family!"

Cons: "Charging to choose a seat. No distinction in check in between "personal item" and "carry on" so you're almost tricked into buying a carry on when it prompts "no, I don't plan to bring anything with me", must print boarding pass unless you use Frontier app but there were no self help Kiosks at the airport"

Pros: "The lady who checked me in, in Orlando, was awesome. She really seemed to care about my needs. She should get 5 stars!"

Cons: "We were suppose to take off from gate 12 at 7:55pm. They changed it to gate 13, & we didn't take off until almost 10:30pm. NO explanation was given!!"

Pros: "A flight attendant didn't let me stand near the restroom, but she called me back when the restroom is free, and was fair to me even though other people tried to get in line in front of me."

Cons: "The carpet in the airplane needed to be vacuumed. We had to sit on the runway for a long time, and then we finally took off and the take off was pretty rocky. It would have been nice if we could've gotten more communication About why we were delayed for so long. It also would've been nice if the pilot would have explained why we had so much turbulence. It would have been nice to see the pilot too. Plus this fasten your seatbelt sign was on for a very long time because a taxiing for a long time and then waiting to get to cruising altitude, so it would have been nice to have a estimated time of when that sign would have been off. I was dying to use the restroom for over an hour."

Pros: "The flight attending Andrew was very rude. Rude to me and many others. I felt it was the worst experience ive had on a flight, i fly often."

Pros: "nothing"

Cons: "people breaking wind on flight, flight was late by 2.5 hours"

Pros: "The crew had an excellent sense of humor that helped with the not-so-great situation of being delayed for 4 hours."

Cons: "Since when did one have to PAY for a very light refreshment on a plane?! We had been in the airport with no food/beverage available because of the time and then not to be compensated even a little bit with a snack of any sort was just more than I could stand. My kids were hungry and thirsty and I was not going to use a credit card for cheese curls and a bottle of water. The interest alone would have been about the same as my mortgage payment! The seats on the plane do not lean back and there is hardly any cushion on them. It was uncomfortable and will make me rethink using Frontier airlines again."

Pros: "Crew was nice"

Cons: "Delayed flight, paying for carry on bags, no complimentary beverage for a 4 hour flight"

Pros: "The people were nice and the boarding process was smooth"

Cons: "The seats were horrible, no leg room at all, and they didn't recline at all"

Pros: "At least food was offered."

Cons: "Some workers are really rude, do not really want to work, can't be bothered to help check people in, but the minute they realized we were military they attempted to be only slightly better with their attitude. The whole plane was entirely way to small for any regular sized person yet alone my 6'5" husband, baggae fees are ridiculous, and the lady at the gate basically told a woman boarding that she had to put on her jacket on order to board instead of carrying it cause she was already carrying a carry on and a personal item."

Pros: "Direct flight was great & departed on time."

Pros: "Everyone was nice"

Cons: "The customer service was very respectful answer all of my question and was kind."

Cons: "Spirit is THE worst—nickel and dime should be its middle name."

Cons: "Our fleight was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday 2 months ago"

Pros: "The price was right Plane clean, on time and smooth Cramped and seats don’t recline."

Pros: "Good"

Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "The seats are tooo tight"

Cons: "If you are over 5'9" or weigh over 180 lbs. you should not fly Spirit. The seats and leg room are not made for you."

Pros: "Departure and arrival were on time - arrival few minutes early and it was okay"

Cons: "At least a bottle of water could have been given."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Flight was severely delayed both ways. At least Spirit is consistent. Really cramped seating. Zero creature comforts and the flight wasn't priced to reflect Spirit's "bare bones" take on flying."

Pros: "The fact that there was a nonstop flight from PHL to LAX at a reasonable time of day."

Cons: "When we arrived, it seemed Spirit was understaffed. There was a long line at check-in, and no bag drop. The attendants seemed stressed, understandably. We were seated in the second to last row, in front of three unaccompanied minors. The flight attendants were doing their best to make sure the kids behaved, but they were incredibly disruptive. My wife and I agreed: unless Spirit has a deal that's too good to afford, we will not be flying with them again. What you may save initially, you pay for in quality of service, comfort, and convenience."

Pros: "I like the other passengers . I liked the person that checked us in -he was very accommodating - Girard Patrice (Pennsylvania check in)"

Cons: "Going to Atlanta: The seating arrangement was poor and had gum on the seat and dirty. I was unable to adjust my seat even though cramped."

Cons: "I had a small carry on which they forced me to pay $59 for at the airport. If you add this to the price I paid for the ticket, there is not much of a discount. The seats also did not recline which is not very comfortable. you pay for everything including the water."

Pros: "Not much"

Cons: "Seats are small, person next to you is practically on top of you, no leg room"

Cons: "My flight was delayed by over three hours on Sunday traveling from Philadelphia to Los Angeles. Flight delays happen but there was zero communication from anyone at the airport let alone anyone at the customer service desk. They also changed our gate several times, which led people going back and forth completely confused and upset without anyone there to answer questions or help explain where we should be, etc. This was a terrible experience and I will not be flying Spirit again and will encourage friends and co-workers to do the same."

Pros: "Flight was fine. Good pilot but nickel n dining for everything. In the end not sure you really save much in the end. VERY cramped seating!"

Cons: "Seats VERY cramped."

Cons: "Surprised that you cannot change your mind and get a refund for the baggage fees - the seats seem closer together"

Pros: "Flight was late They poorly estimated how late And I thought how much they nickel and dime you"

Pros: "Crew was great!"

Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats"

Pros: "Excellent people helped me out to get my flight"

Cons: "I went to check in with the Spirit agents and they told me my bag would be fine for a personal item after I put it in the measuring display. However, when I got to the gate, they told me my bag was not allowed unless I paid $100 for it. I knew exactly which agent I talked to when I checked in for my boarding pass, but the supervisor wouldn't let me contact the agent at check in. The lack of communication is ridiculous. The supervisor at the gate was extremely rude to me and told me that my words were "bullshit." I will never fly with Spirit again and always pay for your bag because the agents at check in and at the gate are not on the same page with Spirit rules whatsoever."

Cons: "I do not write reviews. I have never needed to until now. The people at ticketing who worked for Spirit were so amused by the crying families that they could hardly hold in laughs. Spirit had delayed the flight 3 hours past the original time, and 30 minutes before they had put it back on schedule. Needless to say many people including myself had to rush to the airport. When I go there there were crying families being rudely insulted and laughed at by the staff at Spirit airline. These men were of middle eastern decent and they were making incredulous racial slurs about the Hispanic customers to their face. They even encouraged us to leave, and not try to make my flight, saying "you have only two minutes, you will never make it!" They said this after refusing to print our boarding passes, which we were able to make enough noise to convince him to do so. He also tried to swat a cell phone out of my partner's hand when he was trying to film these Spirit employee's make these insulting slurs. The plane is also terrible and crew seemed like they were all high on opiates, sluggishly making their way through the cabin. Very unsafe airline, price gouging enterprise of deceit and ineptitude."

Pros: "The seats were comfortable"

Cons: "My sister and I and another passenger (not with us) came to the gate at 10:00am and our flight was at 10:15am. When we walked up there was a woman and a stroller just going through the gate doors but when we got to them the attendant said that we were too late and missed the plane. She said we needed to be there 10-15 minutes before departure time. The other woman showed her a phone with the time on it and said it's only 10:00am now and there was no page with names or last calls. And a woman just went through. The woman told us it didn't matter, they couldn't take us and sent us back downstairs to get a new ticket. My sister and I were at the coffee shop about 100 yards from the gate and if we would have heard our names being called or a last call for the plane, we wouldn't have gotten coffee! We had to go back downstairs to get another ticket, the plane they put us on was boarding right then and they told us they would have someone walk us through TSA but after we finished with the tickets they told us to go up and someone would meet us there...no one did. Thankfully the TSA guy remembered us and let us through the front of the line. When we got to our gate the woman there reminded people that if they were going to the bathroom or getting anything to make sure they were back 10-15 minutes before the plane was scheduled to depart. That flight was delayed 20 minutes anyways. I will never, ever, use Spirit again."

Pros: "Gate location"

Cons: "All the extra fees"

Pros: "I tried to check in on line. No one sent me the check in mail. I tried many times. Since kayak sent it to price line, I tried with price line and it said to go directly to spirit. I went to spririt many time but unsuccessful. I fill in information but drops the information. I decided to check in at airport. Trains made big delays and arrived airport 45 min before departure and dead line was 1 hour before. I was cut. No other flights were available except for the same one on the next day. They charged $99 for change fee. I missed many appointments, spent extra $99. There is very little direct flights between phl and lax, and price seems good at the beginning but ended up expensive and lost one day, spirit had very very bad service and I don't want to use it again."

Cons: "I want to receive mail for check in. Spirit should repair their website so that people can check in on line. They should make people check in at airport if they had a failure on their web. Check in dead Lind needs to move to 40min prior to departure instead of 60 min. if it was caused by their failure, they should not charge for change fee of $98. I just hate spirit."

Cons: "The flight was delayed nearly 5 hours due to mechanical problems. As an early morning flight, the mechanical issues were known in advance--the plane did not arrive as scheduled the night before--yet passengers were not notified until check in at the airport. We could have made other arrangements (or slept until a normal hour) if we had been promptly notified. The gate agents were not understanding, and no accommodation--such as complimentary soft drinks--was made for our inconvenience. I felt like Spirit wasted my day."

Pros: "Great flight from Philadelphia to Fort Lauderdale. Very comfortable & spacious seating. The crew were great as well, very nice!"

Cons: "I was shocked when I had to pay $55 just for a carry on bag, which I think is redicilous. So I will never fly Spirit again because of that & also, they don't even offer you water, coffee or soda, you literally have to pay for everything, even water."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing. Our flight was scheduled for 750a. We wake up 5am to ge to the airport, while waiting for the cab I decided to check my email to find out the flight was cancelled due to "mechanical issues". Which means they didn't sell out the flight. The rep I called caught a lot of my animosity, which the issue wasn't her fault, but she remained professional to her credit. The next flight was the next morning already a day into my vacation. I declined cause I wasnt gonna be Charlie Brown to thier Lucy. She then closed out the phone call with the normal spill, "we appreciate your business, book online, we are always here for you etc." This further annoyed me. My vacation was ruined and you think I would ever give Spirit another shot at anything at all in my life."

Pros: "Flight attendants was a sweetheart Boarding went quick"

Cons: "Left the lights on the whole 5 hour nighttime flight No complementary soda.. Cost 3 for a can of coke My table was broken"

Cons: "Spirit airlines cancelled our flight because of weather but every other airline continued to fly out. In fact, we were able to get a flight out at almost exactly the same time on American Airlines. The worst part was that they were trying to reschedule us for 2 days later!! They said that was the soonest we could fly on their airline. Im not sure who on earth can change their plans by 2 days at the last minute but it sure wasn't an option for us. There also was to be no help for the 2 nights (at 250$ per nigh0t we would have had to stay at a hotel."

Pros: "There is nothing that I liked about flying this airline"

Cons: "From the minute we walked up to check in the staff was unpleasant and unprofessional. There are two signs, one specified that if you have a boarding pass you should join that line (assuming it would make the check in process shorter and less stressful) however we were told that there is only one line. My dad proceeded to recommend that they close the entrance to that particular line and was flagged off by the male gentleman at the counter. When I booked this flight I was very much aware that I had to pay for our bags however I had no idea that booking a flight for $180 would require paying $450 in baggage fees, one way. For four tickets I paid approximately $800 and will pay the same for my bags to fly. There is no reason why a flight to Florida for my family and I should cost $1600. Why is spirit the only airline with a 40lb weight limit. I fly frequently and was shocked when I go to the airport and was told that I needed to pay an additional $117 for bags. I did sign up for the membership with Spirit and i would like it refunded as I, nor my family, will ever fly with this airline ever again. Yes you have a young fleet however, I have yet to encounter one in my travels yesterday that was pleasant. I've worked in hospitality industry for over 15 years and frequently fly and have never had such a terrible experience. If I didn't have a return flight on spirit, I would not be flying with you ever again. But just know I've had my one experience and I will no longer. I was warned by others however I didn't listen."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Again it was a very bad experience I don't know why spirit is in existence. They rape you for whatever charges they can get with baggage the flight was delayed there was no one at the desk for over 2 outs the whole time I waited to get on the fight there were spirit employees sleeping in plain site at the gate sitting in wheel chairs that were for people on the flights I will never suggest to anyone this airline or use it again myself the only way I would even consider is if someone replies to my comments in email and reimburses some of the wasted money on baggage "

Pros: "Flight cancelled. No reason except "weather" no other. Ruined the whole trip obviously Lesson learned- NEVER book on spirit if you value your time."

Cons: "As above"

Cons: "The tray table was dirty and it smelled like vomit. Seats did not recline."

Pros: "Nothing."

Cons: "I didn't like that I paid for a flight plus they trick you and don't tell you that they charge $40 each way for a carry on and $10 to print a boarding pass. Then tell everyone at the gate the flight is delayed and I never got to fly. They literally shut the door in my face while the plane was still there and their excuse was that they would have to restart boarding in order to let me on. It was the most out rages ridiculous thing and they wouldn't give me a refund either So I pay for a flight that I never got to fly on Never use them again"

Cons: "Spirit cancelled our flight two hours after its original take-off time, only informing us via e-mail. Passengers had to use the intercom system at the gate to get a live person to come talk to us and even then it was airport staff, not actual Spirit employees. The staff at the Spirit check-in counter would not help us, and our checked baggage was held hostage for two more hours with no word from Spirit as we all waited at the baggage claim. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I realize this is a cheap company, but if you can't even expect minimum service you're only wasting money and time. This company should not be in business."

Pros: "I actually liked the fact that we arrived in LA 45 mins early."

Cons: "The Flight Attendants weren't pleasant...one short "black Attendant serving in "Coach" seemed so miserable. She wasn't pleasant AT ALL! Her demeanor was as if she just would rather be somewhere else, anywhere else but here on this flight serving us. The other Attendants weren't overly friendly either, but they weren't as obviously indifferent as this short one was. The Pilot was the nicest part of the whole Fight. Also the fact that I had to pay $50.00 to check my bag $55. to be able to bring it on the plane...the most I've had to pay EVER! thus-far. So the money I saved w/ this Airline cost me more than if I were to have booked my flight w/ another Airline. Also, NO MAGAZINES TO READ, NO MOVIES TO WATCH, FOOD WAS BEING OFFERED AT A PRICE 4 times they dId this..I FOUND THIS TO BE EXTREMELY "TACKY" Especially considering the length of this FLIGHT to CALIFORNIA frm Philadelphia. I never had to pay for in-flight refreshments on shorter flights than this one. I''VE flown more than I ever have in this past year w/ different Airlines and this was the worse experience SO Far! It wasn't worth it! I am NEVER FLYING ANYWHERE W/ THIS AIRLINE AGAIN! I'd rather pay a little more than to be "NICKELED & DIMED" TO DEATH! Also the two passengers I sat next to said the same! Ya'll might want to address these matters or you may NOT EXSIST IN THE NEAR FUTURE."

Pros: "Price was ok, however all add on too much to figure out"

Cons: "Crew failed to speak to a passenger playing music without headphones"

Pros: "I liked how quickly we got on the plane and got seated."

Cons: "I didn't like how delayed the flight was or the wait time."

Pros: "Only had one usable bathroom on a six hour flight. The food selection should be more for a six hour flight."

Pros: "Smooth flight with early arrival at the destination."

Cons: "Horrible seats. $50 per checked bag pretty standard but always annoying."

Pros: "The Crew and the seat trays that perfectly fit an iPad for watching movies."

Pros: "crew was excellent, but It is Spirit. The seats suck, leg room is non existent."

Cons: "My 6:00 AM flight was cancelled but didn't find that out until I got to the airport at 4:45AM. The two options Spirit gives you is to put you on the next flight tomorrow at 6AM or refund your money. I was lucky to purchase a flight on an airline with a real schedule for later that morning. That flight was practically empty. It is a shame that Spirit doesn't have the customer service to accommodate it's passengers on to other flights. Low cost fares are appealing but more of a hassle than they are worth when the airline has little to no contingency plans. An I'm sorry and a $15 voucher can't get you back 24 hours of time or the money folks who choose low cost carriers have to waste on getting back and forth to the airport or spend on hotels in the area."

Cons: "Hidden added fees"

Cons: "Cost of baggage. Seats were awful, uncomfortable."

Pros: "aml given the fact that they took my money. Prior to the second trip.I told myself I was going to let bygones be bygones since the trip was affordable I thought they want to charge you for everything they even tried to charge me for my backpack that is standard $100 not given the fact that I have been flying with that same. backpack with every Airline my money and my time will not be used up and bamboozled by spirit airline...Flight number flight number NK 215 9 p.m. leaving out of Philadelphia arriving in Dallas Fort Worth at 11:46 January 21st 2016 the worst experience in my life with flying the friendly skies..."
