Sleep inn and suites indoor water park

We were extremely disappointed that the large water slide was not open due to the extreme cold weather. It was totally understandable as there was ice inside the part of the slide that went outside, BUT that was the main reason we booked our stay there. The temperature inside the indoor pool area was almost too cold to be comfortable for those of us that were fully clothed, but I'm sure it was very difficult to heat with the colder outside temps. BUT, again, the pool was our main reason for booking this hotel. The staff was EXTREMELY great, esp the general manager when we had to switch rooms for a reason that was not his fault at all. He could not have handled the situation one bit better! The breakfast was one of the best hotel self-serve breakfasts I've experienced in a very long time!

It has a complete waterpark inside! What more canbwe say. Newer, well maintained property in a good, safe area of town. New girl, Emelie, and chech in was very nice. Rest of staff were more aloof, obnoxious, or unfriendly.
