Thats just a fact. Chances are when you were young you had a swing set all of your own. I know I did, and I remember how much fun I had on it pretty much every day it was nice enough to play outside. But swing sets have evolved a ton since I was a kid. What started off as a simple frame with a seat hanging on it from a chain has transformed into a huge, all inclusive playground with swings, slides, monkey bars, tubes, sand pits, etc. And while all of this sounds great in theory, it takes up a lot of space. Space that a lot of us just don’t have. If you’re looking to buy your kids a swing set but don’t have a ton of space for all those extras, you’re in luck. I’ve taken the liberty of scouring the web in search of multiple space saver swing sets that I think will be perfect for you and your family. Best Single Seaters#2. Movement God Kids Outdoor A-Frame Swing SetIf all you’re looking for is just a single seat swing set, there’s none better than this one by Movement God. I know, the name is a bit much. Movement God, really? But its got great reviews on Amazon and for the price its hard to beat. Its got a really wide stance which makes it really stable. The dimensions are 77″(L) x 26″(W) x 72′(H). Its a space saver for sure. The provided mat seat provides a comfy ride and is rated to hold up to 110lbs. The recommended age range for this swing set is 3-8 years old. The unit itself weighs in at around 36lbs, so its not overly heavy. Installation isn’t too bad either. Most users have been able to put this swing together in about an hour. However, if you have a second set of hands, use them. Pros

#3. Hedstrom Single SwingAnother great single seat swing set is this one by Hedstrom. The Hedstrom single swing is made from heavy duty steal and is powder coated to provide protection from the elements for years to come. It doesn’t have as wide of a stance as the Movement God swing above but its just as sturdy. It will hold up to 100lbs and is made for kids ages 3-10 years old. This swing set by Zeny is great if you have a small backyard and multiple kids who want to swing at the same time. Its all steel construction makes it super durable and safe. Its also powder coated, which means its protected from the elements and rusting. The ropes and the web are made from high quality polyethylene and are a lot stronger than you would think. This thing is rated for up to 600lbs! Crazy, right? The dimensions of the Zeny Web Spinner swing are 87″(L) x 65″(W) x 72″(H). So, like the two swings mentioned above, its compact. Alternative Swing OptionsWhile all of the swings on this list are designed to be used in small backyards, not all of them will work for every user. In fact, depending on your situation, none of them may work. However, if you have a sturdy tree in your backyard you could always opt for a tree swing instead. While it may not provide all the cool features of some of the swing sets mentioned above, its still a great way to get yourself and your kids outdoors and having fun. One of the best tree swings I’ve been able to find is the Sorbus Saucer Tree Swing. The 24″ diameter seat is comfortable, sturdy, and holds up to 220lbs. Not only that, its really easy to install as well, and the height of the seat is adjustable. It can be used on most trees, or if you’re able to DIY a swing frame, you can use there as well. You should definitely consider a tree swing if none of the above options work for you. It may be just what you’re looking for. In ConclusionWhile there are tons of swing sets on the market to choose from, I’ve selected the ones that I felt were best suited to individuals with small backyards or that just needed a space saver swing set in general.
