Hardest part is finding certain parts but thankfully eBay has most stuff. Edit: check out the forum below, it's one of the best resources for our jet skis http://greenhulk.net/forums/index.php level 2 Thanks! I’ve been living on greenhulk since I picked this thing up. So far everything works great and the engine looks in great shape. The only thing that doesn’t work is the MFD. It’s completely unhooked in the electrical box which leads me to believe someone unhooked it because it may have gotten stuck in limp mode. I plan on diving into it more this winter. I don’t want to take it all apart and miss a day on the water since it works fine without it for now. Summer will be over in my province before I know it. level 1 Glad to see some love on these. I posted mine and all I got was hate. level 2 That’s to bad man I never saw any posts about that. I’ve looked at your post history and we should talk. I have a lot of MFD questions haha. I got mine for $900 with the trailer and have been on the water every day the weather has promited. If it blew up tomorrow I’d still be happy with how much fun I got out of it. And I’d still have the trailer level 1 Hey! I recently got myself a SL 650. I hope you’ll have just as much fun as I will level 1 Tons of people will help you out on this sub. If you don’t like the old school look you redo this old ski’s with some vinyl and paint for about $30. Plenty of tutorials on you tube and even none handy people can do it. Enjoy this thing. It should be a blast level 2 Yeah my plan is strip off the decals this winter. I have a compressor and a spray gun so I’ll decide on a new colour and then look into getting some new decals. level 1 Love these. I had a SL900. Man that thing jumped out of the water level 2 Awesome! I’d love to try one. I had never driven one as old as this until I got it and it’s a completely different experience than the newer models. It’s so much fun. Even the people I go with that have pretty much brand new skis ask to take this one for a drive when they can. It doesn’t have the acceleration it once had but it still has lots of power and a top speed of about 73kph. level 2 Thanks! Really enjoying it level 1 I have a 99 sltx. I love passing newer jet skis with it. level 2 How are those to keep running? I plan to pickup another ski for the wife and I was looking at those. 1000cc of 2 stroke 3 cylinder power? Sign me up. Is yours the 3 or 2 seater? level 2 What’s the top speed on that? Joe Ryanunread, Jul 17, 1996, 12:30:00 PM7/17/96 to Another quick question to the Polaris enthusiasts.
