Our concierge was Jesica Ramos, who took care of everything for our stay. She was fantastic and helped our daughter who has celiac disease with all the restaurant meals. We liked the fact that we could use the other hotels restaurants. You always had a golf cart available to take you to the beach or other hotels in the complex. And the pool area was beautiful.
