Set up the Meta Quest 2 in 5 steps

You now need a Meta account and a Meta Horizon account. Step 3: Create a Meta accountTo create a Meta account, you only need a name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and payment information. If yes, first check to see if your oculus app on phgone is updated t the latest version (they pushed out updates over the curse of the past couple days to iphones and androids and 4 days ago to pc apps, so im guessing this is your issue as the drivers used totally changed (yes even your phone app uses drivers to communicate) as a result of the hand trackin update/overhaul.. If once you have updated the app it still doesn't work, remove the device from your app... then select/choose to setup new device and try to see if it will pair up again now... if yes, sweet. If no, factory reset the headset via either the pc app under settings if you ca still connect via usb there, or inside the actually headset using the headset settings menu.... Once factory reset, setup the device without using or connectin to any devices at all or apps.. Go through the basic setup (you should only need to have both controllers connected to device to setup headset without the apps help.. Once you are inside your home screen enviroment, make sure you are connected to wifi and bluetooth is on and working on headset. Then try to pair with the oclus app again..
